Good Night Princess (Adriens POV)

"Can I stay the night?" I asked.

"Of course my silly kitty," I heard her say and I smiled.

I smiled and layed down next to her.

"So you like that Adrien guy?" I asked eager to know more,

"Oh, yeah.. I love him... Ever since the day we met... I was kind of harsh on him when we met because I thought he out gum on my seat... He was only trying to get it off.." She said.

"What happened later?" I asked even though I knew.

"It was raining, and he gave me his umbrella... That's the day I fell in love with him," she said and laughed.

"But I mean, he's a model! Millions of girls are crowding him all the time... He would never like me back..." She added.

I held her a little tighter.

"Hey don't say that... Any guy would be lucky to have you, you're an amazing girl," I said and smiled.

"N-not him..." She said and I swear o heard her sniff like she was crying.

I looked over and sure enough, she had a few tears running down the side of her face.

I wiped the tears away from her face,

"If he doesn't realize how amazing you are, then he doesn't deserve you, because you are an amazing girl and your beautiful and talented and so much more!"

"I'm not beautiful!"

My eyes widened.

"Don't say such things!"

She got out of my grip and got up and walked over to her mirror, and I did the same.

I went behind her and hugged her from behind as I layed my head on hers since i was the perfect height for it, or should I say purr-fect height. (😏)

"Look at me! I'm ugly!"

"Don't you ever say such words again!! You hear me?!" I said at her a little harsh.

"No I don't.,. Chloe.. She always calls me 'Maritrash' and 'ugly' and 'stupid' and 'useless' and she's right!"

I got even more angry at her for saying that Chloe was right, but I was infuriated at Chloe, this was going on way too long.

"Don't you ever listen to her!! You are beautiful! Amazing! Smart! Talented! And you are not trash or useless!!" I yelled at her.

"Yes I am... I'm not beautiful.."

I suddenly stopped being angry and I felt sad and I hugged her tighter and looked at her face through the mirror.

"You are beautiful Marinette, and I'll make you see what I see, I'll make you feel beautiful, because you are," I said and frowned.

She started tearing up and turned around and hugged me with her head in my chest.

"Thank you Kitty... No ones ever said those things to me," she said still crying.

I smiled and kissed the top of her head without thinking and then blushed.

She stopped crying but was still sobbing.

I love you Marinette, but I can't tell you... I want to be with you as cat noir... But you like Adrien... And I can't tell you... Because you'll probably reject me like ladybug did... I'll have no one to go to...

I heard lightning. And thunder.

The two things cats are scared of have to happen tonight?! She can't know im scared of that! I've always been scared of lightning.. Oh and Expecially Thunder! It must be like that since I'm chat noir... Ugh just don't show your scared.

I bring her over to her bed and tuck her in and go over to her couch and lay down on it.

"Good Night Chat"

Clap of thunder.

This is going to be a long night...
