Mal's POV
Oh no!
Jake: You!
Jake pointed straight at me and Ben got really red. Really really red. He held my hand so tight, I think he cut blood circulation, but I don't care because I will never leave Ben. Jake walked to me.
Jake: Shall we?
Mal: No, we shall not
Jake: Too bad pretty lady, I'm the birthday boy
Mal: Okay fine but you have 5 seconds Jake: How about five minutes
Ben's POV
When Jake said he wanted Mal to dance with him, not only did I turn red, I think I grabbed Mal's hand so tight, that her hand turned red. Jake came and got Mal and when he was taking her, he mouthed I win. I went into a tiny fit and walked right out of the ball room. I guess Evie saw me because she ran right out of the room with me.
Evie: Ben! Ben wait!
Ben: What?
Evie: Ben, I know why your mad
Ben: Yeah, and there's nothing you can do about it
Evie: Yeah, that's true. But Mal loves you right?
Ben: Yeah, and?
Evie: And she would never do anything to hurt you.
Ben: I guess
Evie: No, not I guess, you know the only reason she's dancing with that guy is because her dad gave him a birthday wish and he used it to his advantage.
Ben: Your right Evie!
Evie: Aren't I always?
Mal: Ben! OMG! I've been looking for you!
Evie: I'll let you two talk
Evie walks away
Mal: Ben, listen, I know how you felt back there and I just have one thing to say about it
Ben: What?
Mal: I'm so so so glad you didn't go all beast mode in him. I know you hate him for taking me away from you
Ben: I do. I really really do
Mal: But don't worry because no matter how he throes himself at me, I will never ever leave you benny- boo.
Ben: I love you Mal ,did I mention that?
Mal: Yes, thousands of times
Ben: And my love for you is R I D I C U L O U S
