I open my eyes from the darkness. Why am I in a white room? Where am I? ok let me see what I remember, ok umm I have a super hot youtuber boyfriend, I have a twin brother, my best friends name is Isa, My brother has friends that are like big my big brothers epically Trevor and Kian, kian has a girlfriend named Makenzie, I guess that's all?

"I guess I'm your super hot youtuber boyfriend?" Connor said

"how did you know what I was thinking?" I said

"next time don't say it aloud" he said as we laughed " so how are you feeling?'' he added

" a little better, my head hurts like crazy though" I said as I put my hand on my head

"ok let me just tell the doctor your awake" he said as he got up from the chair he was siting on

ooh so I'm at the hospital. Well that kind of explains a lot. Wait why am I in a hospital?

Then comes in a Connor with the doctor I am guessing?

"hello my name is Dr. Ned. does anything hurts?" Dr. Ned said

"umm yeah, my head hurts like crazy. Why am I here? How did I ended up here?" I asked

"how much do you remember?" asked the doctor ignoring my questions

"umm all I remember is that I was having a day with my best friend and bang that's when I stopped" I said

"well you got in a really bad accented and you got unstable and you blacked out" the doctor said " but lucky you didn't get hurt as much neither did your friend" he added

"that's good" I said

"Yup but the only thing is that your friend has casts on one leg and a cast on her left arm." the doctor said "and you have a cast on your left arm only" he added

"Ooh ok but do you know when I can get put of this place?" I asked

"That will be today" the doc. said

"What about Isa when does she get out?" I asked

"Umm I don't know cause she's still in a deep comma" he said

What?!? I thought she was ok! Well obesely not! My best friend from the 3rd grade is in a deep comma! And the doctor says she's ok! Pffffft my ass!

"Well I got to go see another patience of mine" he said as he left as me and Connor left me alone

"So are you sure your ok?" he asked

"yeah, i guess I was better when I asked about Isa and he said she was ok then tells me that she's in a deep comma" I said as tears come down my face

"It's ok babe she'll be fine" he said as he came to me and hugged me while adding a kiss to my head

"Why couldn't it be me?" I asked

"Why would you want it to be you?" he asked

"Cause she's my best friend and I care about her, it's like seasons in winter you spend Christmas forget all about what it's suppose to be about , in spring you take pictures with family and friends , in summer you just think about fireworks and never know why we have that day , and in fall that's when you take care of your family and friends and just be thankful for what you have for" I said

"That's...i don't what I would call that" he said

"No words all you need is the heart to speak" I said

"Well Vanessa you are free so here are your clothes and pain killers so your head can die down." the doctor said as interrupted us and put my clothes on the hospital bed

"Thank your doctor" i said as I got up and walk up to the rest room to change. After I was done I grabbed Connors hand started to walk

"Hey can we see Isa?" I asked

"Sure" he said as we walked into Isa's room
