A day without games

Giggling can be heard through the walls of the small apartment complex. Laying on the bed are two best friends.....who also happen to be two of the best players in GGO. Kazuto Kirigaya, or by his in-game name Kirito, and Asada Shino or by her in-game name Sinon. Both continued giggling until Kirito placed a small kiss on Sinon's cheek causing said cheek to flush. They both smiled and then kissed each other on the lips and it became a quick match for the two, to see who would be dominant. In the end Kazuto won and smirked triumphal. Shino pouted and turned away from him only for Kazuto to nuzzle into her neck. Blushing Shino could only cuddle into him and enjoy his warmth....

"That has to be the explanation!!" A red headed man shouted in the middle of an almost empty dicey's café.

"Klein how could you be so sure?" Asked a middle aged African American, the owner of the café.

"Cause it's kirito and sinon!!" Klein said/shouted.

Agil simply looked at him with blank eyes and then took a peek to the girls in the room. Asuna was sitting down drinking a coffee, Liz was looking at the argument with bored eyes, and silica was blushing at the thoughts.

"Oh come on!! How can you tell me you don't think there's something between them?!"

Asuna and Liz sighed. "Cause we know kirito is a dense twit" they both stated.

Klein and Agil both cringed slightly at this. Both knew how the two had feelings for Kazuto but both ultimately got rejected by him. They could still agree to be his friend of course but the subject of his love life still leaves that noticeable trait of sourness.

"Well..." Silica tried starting to change the subject.

"They said we would see them soon today so let's just wait for them" everyone nodded to this and decided to keep quiet until...

"But I do think they went somewhere together" Silica mumbled just barely enough for Klein to hear.

"Aha! I knew someone else shipped it!!"

"E-eh..."

"What's wrong Kazuto?"

"Nothing nothing, I just got a bad signal about going to Dicey's now..."

Asada rolled her eyes exasperated.

"Wasn't it your idea to go to Dicey's?"

"Eh heh...", Kazuto could only scratch his cheek as he pushed open the doors to the cafe.

Smiling she added, "Besides what could possibly happen?"

Those were the last words the two got to mutter as the rest of the group exploded as they entered. Even though everyone seemed calm on the outside, they were all trying to figure out what the two gamers could have been doing without their games for a whole week.

"Will you guys calm down?!" Kazuto and Asada finally got out as the group took it down a bit as well. Asada took the lead of explaining.

"We couldn't play on ALO for the week cause one; I couldn't cause I was on a trip and Kazuto here was grounded."

Klein then spoke up, "How come you guys didn't just text us?"

Kazuto sighed, "Cause we didn't have enough time, my sister was persistent on me not using any tech for the week so I couldn't contact you guys."

Asada continued, "And my phone broke in the bathroom....."

Everyone but Kazuto raised their eyebrow to that while the glasses wearing gamer flushed in embarrassment.

Klein got up and sighed, "Well that's a good enough explanation to me how bout you guys?"

All the girls nodded and got up as well. With that they exited the cafe, "Come on! Let's go out for a change no games for just another day!"

The two teens still in the cafe breathed a relieved sigh as they relaxed themselves.

"So when did you two start dating?" Agil spoke up.

The two jumped startled but then silently cursed for forgetting he was there.

Kazuto spoke up remaining calm, "What do you mean?"

Sighing Agil continued, "Honestly Kazuto really? You didn't think I wouldn't notice you two?"

Kazuto and Asada fidgeted. Letting the hands that they held on to, fall to their sides.

"So? What really happened while you two weren't on?" Agil asked
