It is yet another book from yours truly. I have been writing fantasy under the werewolf genre and I thought why not expand the world I created in my first book, Apollo? And so, here is my first attempt in writing about a kingdom that is too dark and obscene, a story where you would hate and love the characters then hate them again and then love them again. I want my readers to have a push and pull liking for my characters.

It is basically a roller- coaster ride. The plot will be heavy and not your typical "I was gathered by the hot king and now I am going to be his queen..." surely you'd think that in the first chapters but that won't be it. I am not fond of writing cheesy love stories. I want progress and hardships, politics and troubles in the monarchy, and most especially I like showing self-redemption of broken characters.

I hope you'd like to try that kind of book and choose to read Ace of Qiguān. I have been writing my other book in werewolf called 'Apollo' in that manner, and most readers love how different and complex it is. I made sure to make it unique. That's what I also intend to do with Ace of Qiguān.

To new readers, I would like to explain that Apollo's world/setting is patterned from the 18th Century England kind of vibe. Well it's a fictional world so I decided that for this story, I will show you its "asian" side. Again, this is fiction so not everything is accurate. Apollo is set in the Kingdom of Sidus (Sidus is Latin meaning Stars) while the Ace of Qiguān is set in the rising Kingdom of Qiguān (Qiguān is not a real place, it is actually derived from the Chinese constellation of the same name which means "Imperial Guards." Qiguān is said to be part of the constellation Lupus (wolf)). The culture and monarchy I used will be patterned to combinations of Chinese dynasties. The story is related to Apollo but you can read this as a stand alone novel.
