"Bye jagi, I'm going to practise.", your boyfriend Hoseok said as he gave you a peck on your lips and left for work.

"Bye oppa!"

After Hoseok had left, you dropped yourself in the couch and sighed. "It's our two year anniversary today, did he forget?", you asked yourself.

You got out of the couch and went to the bakery. You had ordered a large cake a few days back and were getting it today.

"Hey Jamie! I came to get the cake I ordered.", you said happily.

"Oh, hey (y/n)! I'll go get it now. Don't be too surprised.", she winked at you.

Your mouth fell open when you saw the huge but beautiful cake Jamie entered with. It was a green cake, the colour Hoseok and you loved most. (Of course apple flavour) There were multiple layers on top of each other. One layer had eatable flowers on the sides, the other ones had your names on it or the nicknames you gave each other. And the best of all, on the top there was a piece of chocolate with the design of the first picture you two took together on your first date.

"I said not to be too surprised, (y/n). I loved making this for my favorite couple.", she said smiling at you. "And this blank space is where you can place your present."

You hugged her really tightly and thanked her multiple times.

"What did he give you?" She asked as she saw your smile disappearing. "Or didn't he yet?"

"I got this feeling that he forgot about it but then I realise that he promised to remember that day forever. He said it was the best day of his life.", you said with tears forming in your eyes.

"Of course he does! He loves you and you love him too, right?"

"Yeah, of course I do. Thanks Jamie!"

"Everything for my best friend.", she winked at you.

You went home after you payed the cake and made sure everything looked perfect. Right before your boyfriend got home, you lit the candles.

"Hey jagi! I'm ho-...me... What happened here?", he asked surprised.

"Welcome home oppa! I did something special today because it isn't just a day like all the others.", you smiled at him, giving him a hint in case he forgot.

"Jagi...what is so special about this particular day?", Hoseok asked you.

That short question broke your heart into a million pieces. Did he really forget? How could he forget this day? Our day. "Did you seriously forget? Hoseok how could you do this to me?!", you cried.

"(Y/n), I didn't-"

"Don't you dare try to talk yourself out of this! You forgot something really important and I...", you said as you spilled your tears.

"Jagi...I didn't forget our two year anniversary. I would never forget something like that."

"But you..."

"It's almost time, can you come with me for now? I promise you'll like it.", he smiled at you.

"Time for what?", you asked surprised.
