•Natsu POV•
3 years
3 years since she left
3 years since I made the biggest mistake of my life
3 years since I lost the love of my life
3 years since I stopped picking fights with Gray.
3 years since I left the person that kept me together.
2 years since the day we got a letter reporting Luce dead.

I made the biggest mistake. It was unforgivable to kick her out. And now she's gone, and she's not coming home.
I don't go on many jobs I can't, it feels wrong. Although today there was something that caught my eye. A newspaper the main article read:
WHO IS IT?
The mystery girl in black roams the town. It's unknown why and what she wants, but it can't be good! Nobody has ever known her real identity, it is thought she's waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Who is she?
Who will stop her?
Will the salamander help?

Why do they think I can stop this girl? Whoever it is it can't be good.

Third person POV

What the dragon slayer didn't know was there was a certain woman dressed in black in the town.
Her hood was up covering her face.
The woman walked down the street with townspeople getting out her way. Her black combat boots making a sound even step she took, she walked with such confidence a smirk on her face, her black leather jacket ending just above her hips. Her skinny jeans fitting perfectly and showing her curves. Whispers could be heard things such as
"It's her!"
"It's that woman in black!"
"Who is it?!"
The woman turns to a man laughing at her saying that he could take her. Slowly she walks over, grabs him by the neck and lifts him off his feet. He starts to say sorry repeatedly fear in his eyes but then she lets go. She didn't have time for him.
She continued to walk to one place.
The fairy tail guild.

Face down the whole way. The mysterious woman climbed the stone stairs to the guild.
Reaching the doors. She stops. Let's out a small laugh.
And kicks the doors open.
All of the guild members look up to see who entered, gasps where heard.
A Familiar salmon haired man stands up and yells at the woman.
"WHY ARE YOU HERE?"
"Isn't it obvious I want to join your guild" she replied

-Natsu POV-
She wanted to join the guild?!
"What?! WE DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT YOU!"
"You know more than you think" as she said this she removed her hood to reveal the girl I missed oh too much.

"Luce?" I whisper, a tear springing to my face
"No it can't be you- your dead?!" I say louder my voice shaking.
"I don't think I'm dead, I mean I'm breathing aren't I?" She says laughing a little before walking over to me. My head was in my hands tears ran down my face. Luce lifted my chin so I looked into her beautiful eyes.
"I'm so sorry- it's my fault !" I say quietly
"It's okay I forgave you years ago" she whispers into my ear as she embraced me into a hug.
"In Fact I want to thank you. You made me find my true self. My family." She says now looking at me eye to eye.

I can't believe she's alive.
She's okay.

•Lucy POV•
Truth is I still loves that little dragons slayer. I look up from his gaze to see my friends the girls looking at me teary eyed.
"LUCY!" Mira yells making me cover my ears but I run into her arms smiling like a lunatic.
"Lu-chan? It's really you! You alive!" Levy says I can tell her voice is a little shaky but soon enough she runs into the hug along with Juvia, Lissana, Wendy, Erza and a the others.
"Can't breathe!" I whisper because of I'm being crushed.
"Sorry!" They say in unison and we all laugh.
I see Wendy still clinging onto my arm crying. I kneel to look at her and I wipe her eyes.
"Your ok" she says
"I'm just fine, I've missed you Wendy."
"Me too" she replies wiping he cheeks and smiling.

"What's all the commotion?" I hear a voice boom. Makarov.
"LUCY?!"
"Hey! I was wondering if I could join this oh so amazing guild!" I ask him
"Well of course! It's been too long!" He answers with a massive smile. I go to Mira and she gets the stamp.
"What colour? And where" she asks with a sweet smile.
"Silver with gold out line and on my hand again" I reply as she stamps my hand the symbol appears.
I know I belong to this family.
It may not be my real one but it's just as good.

-Time skip-
It's now the evening and the land lady actually kept my apartment from being rented so I moved back in there with the help of the girls, Natsu, Gray, Gajeel and even Laxus.
Right now we're at the guild celebrating my return.
"Hey" I hear Natsu say whilst rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
"Well sit down then!" I reply laughing at his awkwardness
We talked for a while about this and that. Anything and everything. Until the guild doors open revealing Nico.

"NICO THERE YOU ARE! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN? I THOUGHT YOU SAID ILL BE BACK AT SEVEN! ITS TEN!" I shout getting up from my seat and rushing over to my little dragon. Well not so little.
"Who's that Luce?" Natsu asks from behind
"Oh this is Nico my dragon. He's been a silly little ass and stayed out way to late." I answer letting out a small chuckle as I hug Nico. He eventually climbs up to my shoulder and sits there.
"Why you all staring at me?" Nico asks, earning a lot of gasps.
"Oh yeah he can talk.... Sometimes that's a bad thing though" I say making them less confused.
They all go back to partying and I go to where Natsu and I were previously sat.
"Hey Nico you go talk with Happy and the other exceeds" I urge my little friend as he opens his wings and flys over to them.

"Your just full of surprises Luce"
