Lauren's Pov

I looked at the mirror one last time to make sure I looked decent before grabbing my things. I opened my door to Camila standing on my doorstep with a bouquet of roses.

"Aww, you are so romantic." I said hugging her then reaching out to get the roses. But then she snatched them away from me.

"Woah nah. These aren't for you. These are for you mom." She said and I pouted at her and muttered 'meanie'. "But I got you some chocolates though."

I took the chocolates from her then walked away from the door so she can come in. My mom got up from the couch to greet Camila with a hug. Over thesw couple of weeks my family got closer to her and bugged me about when we were going to date. They were excited to know that I was going on a date with her.

"Good evening Clara. How are you?" Camila asked my mom and gave her the roses.

"Oh thank you. I'm good honey, thanks for asking." My mom said to her. "You kids go have fun now. But not too much." She said to us while chuckling.

"Yes ma'am. I'll be sure to have her back before 12 ish." She said grabbing my hand and pulling me out the house.

"You have such good manners for a fuckgirl." I told her with a pleased smirk ok my face.

"Whatever. And I'm not a fuckgirl." She said while opening the passenger door for me. She got in and looked at me, "And we got to make this quick. I got to pick up Ashley for our date after this."

"Wow. Ok." I said with an unimpressed look on my face while reaching for the door handle to get out.

"Im just kidding babe. It was a joke." She said grabbing my hand to pull me back into the car and started the car. I dont think that was a very funny joke either. "And I thought I told you to wear wear something casual."

"What do you mean. I am wearing something casual." I said confused but not confused at the same time. I was wearing something that I knew Camila would like. A lot.

"Umm no. Thats way too sexy for casual." She said checking my body out. "I hope you don't wear stuff like that in public. No of course you don't. Mike definitely won't allow it. But you look super gorgeous though."

"First eyes up here and thanks. You look great too." I said, ignoring her first comments.

The ride there was long and consisted mostly me asking where are we going and Camila cracking jokes. Like;

"Lauren what did the ocean say to the other? Nothing they just waved. Sea, get it. Im shore you do."

Even though they weren't really funny, I still laughed just to make her feel good about her jokes.

We pulled up to a beach and the sun was on the verge of setting. Camila got out and walked over to my door to open it for me. She then opened the trunk to get some things out. Im guessing we we're having a picnic probably. After she got everything out that she needed, I went to see what she had. I saw a cooler and a backpack. So we are having a picnic.
