CHAPTER 1-WHAT'S THAT?

December 15,2012

Munìch, Germany-

The R-Lab at Z-CORP experienced a tragic incident today, the Z bacteria got exposed on the scientists. The Z bacteria was discovered by a farmer in Asia who reportedly said that his animals started to eat it's own siblings and soon started to attack him.

We were supposed to research on a vaccine for humans and animals at the R-Lab until this happened. The scientists who got exposed suddenly fell dead started to kill the others using their teeth and nails. When even more got killed ,(well at least thats what we thought) they rose up and started to moan and groan. They had pale skin, pure white eyes, and sharp, yellow teeth. They bit and scratched 5 more members in my team to their death and so we ordered the immediate destruction of the R-Lab with Command 89- IncineratioN. The Director called for the R-Lab to be evacuated A.S.A.P and to leave all things of value. We were told to forget this incident and to never speak of it.

When I had gotten to my hotel, I saw news about farms in Asia reporting about their animals becoming more and more agrressive. At first, I thought that it was the Z bacteria spreading more vastly across Asia then I just didnt mind it. I finished my coffee and made ready for bed.

Muních, Germany-

Once I have arrived to Z-Corp, the Director called my team and I for an immediate meeting at Bunker-136 located 149 feet below Z-Corp. It is also the most heavily guarded place in Europe. Its filled with security cameras, motion sensors, laser alarms, and military grade surveillance systems. We were forced to wear blindfolds to keep Bunker-136 unknown from the surface.

The elevator trip took only 3 minutes then we were allowed to remove our blindfolds. I saw a cat walk in front of me 300 feet long with guards armed with M-16's and 104 snipers watching our every move. The way going there took even longer than the elevator ride and we were using a cart!

When we had arrived, the Director greeted my team and I with,"Hello, Dr.Michael Presley sorry about the long side but its for security reasons" " I understand", I said "Welcome to Bunker-136 and as you may know, Doctor, this bunker is the most heavily guarded place in all of Europe and if any of this gets out we have permission to exterminate you so don't write this on a journal like a stupid retard...". Bunker-136 was opened to outsiders for the first time (asides from the Director and President) in more than 76 years. The Bunker was a gigantic white room similar to the labs in Z-Corp but it had some equipment I have never seen before and all I could think of is “What a bewildering sight!”.

The Director told us to research on the Z-Virus here instead. We set our stations and began to work. We tried to mix and match but we couldn't see anything that could shed light on our research. After a while, we did animal testing but something went wrong. We left them exposed to the virus to observe more about its effects. The gorillas "Tom" and "James" went beserk and exposed the virus to the room. My co-worker, Ralph, and I were lucky enough to be able to wear basic hazard suits and prevent exposure. The rest however, was quickly infected and started to attack us like in the R-Lab. We found a nearby "in case of emergency" fire box and used the axe inside of it to defend ourselves. When they have all died(including the animals), we got out of the bunker we finally asked each other," HOW?"
