Hospital

"...Dominic...Dominic..." A soft voice whispered while shaking me.

"Tori he's not going to wake up by that... DOMINIC WAKE UP!" I was pushed off the chair as I heard laughter and a gasp in the background.

I fell off the chair I was sleeping on and fell onto my back.

"Ughhhh... fuck." I groaned as the bright lights in the hospital room shined in my eyes. I sat up and ran my hand through my hair. Aidan held a hand out,

"What the fuck man?" I scoffed and grabbed his hand. He pulled me up and laughed.

I looked over at the clock, 12:03, then at the bed. Talia was sitting up and smiling. I ran over to her.

"Are you ok?" I pulled her into a tight embrace. She nodded.

"Don't worry Dominic, we're going to get through this." She said with a big smile on her face. I turned back to my friends.

"Shouldn't you guys be in school?" I stretched, my back was pretty sore from that chair.

"We skipped lunch and came to see you guys." Tori said with her hands behind her back.

"You're only 14, won't your grandma get mad?" I scoffed again. Tori opened her mouth and put her finger up. She then changed her mind, crossed her arms and pouted while looking at the ground.

"Hey, I brought her so if her grandma is going to be mad she should be mad at me." Aidan quickly replied to my smart remark.

"Ahhh, standing up for your girlfriend." Before Aidan got to respond I turned around to Talia.

"Hey, you hungry?" She nodded.
"McDonald's?" I said raising my eyebrow.

"Yes! Bring me 12 nuggets please!" Talia replied lighting up. Before I walked out Tori stopped me.

"Hey, you can't get her McDonald's! She's sick you have to bring her something healthy!"

"Fine, I'll get her some apple slices."

"No, you have to get her some food from the hospital cafeteria."

"Ugh but that food sucks ass." I said rolling my eyes.

"Hey, don't swear! And just get it, it's healthy." Tori grabbed my arm and walked me out the door.

"H-Hey, what are you doing."

"Making sure you do what I say." She said with a smile on her face.

~After Lunch~

"Class is going to start soon, so we'll see you guys later." Aidan threw out his garbage and walked out of the door.

"H-Hey, wait up! Bye Talia!" Tori ran out of the room with her sandwich in her hands.

"So Tal what you wanna do?" I  sat in front of her on the bed.

"Oh you can go, I know you don't wanna stay. I'll just watch some T.V." Talia said smiling, but I could tell she didn't actually want me to go.

"What, no. I'm not going to leave, we have to do something."

"Like what?"

"I don't know... want me to get our DS's so we could play Mario Party?"

"As long as I can be Peach!"

"Deal." I gave her a fist bump.

Once I came back a nurse was in the room writing down on a clip-board
