Chapter 5 - The Next Day

Emiliana POV

      "Girl, you're beautiful. Who ever told you that you weren't? They lied. You're beautiful girl, but you're sure to break my heart."

I heard that being softly sung behind me as I sat up, a little too quickly and got that dizzy feeling, and laid back down. The singing stopped and the bed dipped down a little and i looked up and saw Jasmines beautiful face.

"Goodmorning Emili." Jas said, as she smiled and handed me a bottle of advil and cup of ice water.

"Thanks." I smiled as i took 2 pills & swallowed them with a little sip of water.

I couldnt help but smile at the buttetflies and warmth i felt in my stomach as i looked at Jas smooth brown skin and long beautiful silky hair that was tangled ever so slighty.

"How are you feeling?" She asked.

I thought about it, "I feel okay, a little headache but I'm fine."

"Well, Um I was wondering if you um if you would wanna hang out with my today?" She asked, fiddling with her thumbs a little.

I smiled & nodded yes, "I'd love too."

She smiled and said "Okay well let's go shower, and get dressed and stuff."

"Okay." As I sat up and stretched i realized that i was in Emilianas' bed. I blushed slightly, oh God what happened last night?

She giggled, and said "Nothing happened last night except a few kisses and cuddling."

I bite my lip feeling ackward because i don't remember any of that. I got up and stretched again then walked over to my dresser pulling out some underwear and a bra before going to my closet pulling out high waisted light colored jean shorts and a white v-neck.

I turned around to put my deodrant and lotion by the clothes before realizing Jas was already gone and was probably in the shower already.

After I had showered and gotten dressed, I put on lotion and my white vans. I braided my hair in a tight side braid before taking 2 more advil pills and grabbing my purse and phone. I unlocked the screen of my iPhone, and saw 4 new text messages and 1 missed call.
Diamond: Hey Girl, you okay?
Diamond: Em, text back. Are you okay?
Diamond: I'm assuming you are having fun with that girl so I'll stop worrying.
Mi Ma: Goodmorning Emiliana, Long time no skype.
Missed Call: Mi Ma

I sighed and quickly decided to text them back.

Diamond: Yeah totally fine girl.
Mi Ma: I'll call you later ma. I'm fine.

Just as I finished switching purses, Jas came back into the room fully dressed in black shorts and a black tank top. I smiled at her and she smiled then laughed .

"What're you laughing at?" I asked, confused.

"We're Twinsies!"

"How?"

"Black vans, white vans." She said pointing to my shoes then her own.

I nodded, "You take really long showers dude."

"No actually I had to stop at Riri & Donny dorm to get my car keys."

I smiled, "Ready then?"

She held up the one minute finger as she brushed through her silky hair that had small tangles within the end and then up into a sloppy ponytail it went.

Still gorgeous as hell though.

"Now lets go." She said and we headed towards the stairs and into the parking lot.

We got into a shiny black car and i sat in the passenger seat as Jas started the car and music immediately blasted from the speakers of the car.

"23" by Miley Cyrus feat Wiz Khalifia & Juicy J came on, & i started singing along with Jas. She smiled at me, & turned the radio down.

"Want to play 21 questions?" Jas asked.

I nod, "You first."

She pouted then twisted her lips and said "Are you ever been penetrating by a penis?"

My eyes went wide a little, & i shook my head no.

"Have you?" I asked, staring at her.

She shook her head no, while she laughed.

"What age did you first realize you liked females? & How did you realize it?"

"Um, I would say age 13 because i was checking girls out and then i ended up kissing this girl named Jamie & It just felt right to me." I explained.

Jas nodded solemnly, as we pulled up to an Dennys & i smiled at Jas.

"Thought you might be hungry. I know I am." Jas said, as we entered and was seated at a booth.

We were looking at the menu when our waitress who was named Peace introduced herself & I smiled at her because she was a happy person, you could just tell.

"What can I get yall to drink?" She asked.

"Mango Pucker for me." Jas said.

"A strawberry lemonade."  I said, looking at the menu.

"Are you ready to order?"  Peace asked.

We both shook our heads no, she nodded, "I'll be back with your drinks in a moment."

I immediately began searching the menu for something that satisfied my taste buds.

I saw a bacon cheese burger & smiled.

"Unhealthy food today, insanity work out session before i go to bed tomorrow." I said.

Jas giggled, and said "Well I have cheer leading try outs next week, will you come with me?"

"Sure, I'll cheer you on in the stands. I play volley ball & those try outs are the week after this one. I'll go to your cheer leading if you go to volleyball?":

"Deal." She said smiling.

We ordered our foods, & conversating about school. I told her about all my art & math classes. She told me about her speech, language arts, and history classes.

After Dennys we went to the park, and got on the swings & talked while we swung. I got to know her better as did she. Perhaps before, I didn't know her favorite food & color which is; Fried Rice with chicken & shrimp & her favorite color is red, like me. All I learned about her today made me like her more, I just I think I'm really starting to like her.
