Rap Monster's POV:
Here we all sit. In the room we are so used to. A room we come to every day for endless hours. We study, we learn, we are drugged. He gives us red pills for focusing. A pill we take all the time. All seven of us.
A good house, a good car, will these things bring happiness? In Seoul to the SKY, will parents really be happy?
~~~~
Jungkook's POV:
He walks by us, making sure we are paying attention. He has a stick, a stick he will use to punish us if we disobey. As he is walking by, I feel something in me. This pill, it's wearing off. I take it so much that, my body is getting used to it. Am I the only one? What am I feeling? Rebellion?
Dreams disappeared, there was no time to rest. It’s a cycle of school, home or an Internet cafe. Everyone lives the same life. Students who are pressured to be number one live in between dreams and reality.
~~~~
Suga's POV:
I glance over at Jungkook once he yells at him to pay attention, but none of us want to. I hate this life. I do this everyday and it's boring. The pill doesn't effect me anymore. I'm not sure I am the only one. I notice the twitching of Jungkook's hand, before they both form into fist.
Who is the one who made us into studying machines?
They classify us to either being number one or dropping out. They trap us in borders, the adults.
There’s no choice but to consent. Even if we think simply, it’s the survival of the fittest. Who do you think is the one who makes us step on even our close friends to climb up? What?
~~~~
Taehyung's POV:
I start to loosen up. It feels great not to care. I notice the others stretch their necks and arms. I look over at him with pure hate. He can't control us for long, or ever again.
Adults tell me that hardships are only momentary.
~~~~
Jungkook's POV:
I glance around. So I am not the only one getting over this pill; this life. I glare at the leader, standing up and knocking my chair over in the process. I stand alone as I make my way to the front of the room. Guards protect the leader, but I can tell he is scared. He can't take us all on.
To endure a little more, to do it later.
Everybody say NO!
It can’t be any later. Don’t be trapped in someone else’s dream.
We roll (We roll) We roll (We roll) We roll.
~~~~
Jimin's POV:
Jungkook presses his hands against the clear shields the guards are using to protect the leader. He pushes them back, trying to get through. Everything goes chaotic then. Taehyung kicks over his desk, stepping over it to help Jungkook. I stand up and throw a chair against the shields, listening to all the guys hollaring behind or beside me.
Everybody say NO!
It has to be now or never. We still haven’t done anything.
We roll (We roll) We roll (We roll) We roll
Everybody say NO!
~~~~
Rap Monster's POV:
We go all beserk. Kicking, throwing punches, throwing punches, and doing all we could to get by. What gets us our freedom is the stick, the one the leader carries around. It drops on the ground, ending the authority. He can't punish us anymore with it. It's gone.
A good house, a good car, will these things bring happiness? In Seoul to the SKY, will parents really be happy?
~~~~
J-Hope's POV:
We feel superior now. Free. We are never going to return to this anymore. We can finally leave, and we do. Leaving behind the leader and the unconscious guards. We exit the room, feeling on top of the world.
I want to play and eat, I want to tear my uniform. Make money, good money, but they already view me crookedly. My obscure bank account, my unhappiness is past its limit. A factory of sighs while studying, a continuous cycle.
~~~~
Rap Monster's POV:
We make our way down the stairs, getting closer and closer to the exit. To leave all of this behind. I just hope we don't get caught.
The grown-ups confess that we have it so easy. They say that we are happier than our portion. Then how do you explain my unhappiness? There’s no conversation topics beside studying. Outside, there are so many kids like me, living the life of a puppet. Who will take responsibility?
~~~~
Jin's POV:
We finally made it to the bottom. I can't believe we did it! We just have to get off the property.
Adults tell me that hardships are only momentary. To endure a little more, to do it later.
~~~~
Jungkook's POV:
We were so close, so very close to getting out. I smile as the gates come into view.
Everybody say NO!
It can’t be any later. Don’t be trapped in someone else’s dream.
We roll (We roll) We roll (We roll) We roll.
~~~~
Jimin's POV:
Just as we were so close to opening the gates, they came. Six guards came at us. They were coming right at us, so we all got in a fighting stance. We tried to kick and punch, but it was to no avail. I wasn't sure what to do, so I backed off, cowarding away as the rest of them ran forward. I watched as they were all pushed down to their knees. I tried to stay strong as the guards turned and came after me. Just before they could get me, my friends came back and helped me. We showed them how tough we were, knocking them out in one punch.
Everybody say NO!
It has to be now or never. We still haven’t done anything.
We roll (We roll) We roll (We roll) We roll
Everybody say NO!
~~~~
Everyone's POV:
We Are Finally Free!
Everybody say No!
Everybody say NO!
Everybody say NO!
Everybody say NO!
