Spine tail is one of the villans I made.
He is a dark brown cat with a weird tail with spikes on it. He has the weirdest eyes that can control you. He has vampire like fangs that will suck the life out of you (heh litterally)
His ear is stitched bc he lost it and stitched it back on.
The marking on his eyes contains dark magic...
