"Will you please stay out of my life!!" I said giving him an angry glare.
"Cassy, sweetheart," he said with a pleading emotion with in his eyes. Tch. Such a great actor.
"Another thing, will you please stop calling me sweetheart!!"
"But Cassy, you're my--"
"Your what? You're child? Maybe before, I was just a good obedient daughter. But now, I'm 19, and I'm not blinded with your lies anymore!!"
"Cassandra," he said uttering my whole name. "you're wrong. It's not what you think. Dr. Kay is not my lover or anything. She's just helping me."
"Yeah right." I rolled my eyes. "She's just helping you. She's helping you to forget everything about Mom. That's why you divorced my mom, right?"
"No. That's not it,"
"That's it. I've had enough." then I went straight to the door with the things my bag could carry.
"Cassandra," I heard him utter my name before I shut the door.
And since that day, I threw everything. Everything, including me being his daughter. That day was a nightmare.
I wish I could change everything about my life. But I know I cannot change the fact that he is still my....FATHER.

"But, Cass, you can end your sufferings if you will just asked for your dad's help."
"Oh Candice, stop. That's the thing I will never ever gonna do. Got that?"
"Fine. Keep your pride and sacrifice your studies until your university kick you out."
"I have my scholarship in case you forgot."
