Nothing has ever happened in Hawkins, Indiana. It's the place where nothing happens, well except that one time Eleanor Gillespie's frightening mane was mistaken for a birds nest. But really that wasn't such a shock to any and was more of a good story to reminisce in when in need of a laugh. But when one night after a ten-hour long campaign, of dungeons and dragons. Jonathan Byers' girlfriend goes missing alongside his little brother, Will, the police are at a lost, toppled with the supposed suicide of beloved chef, Benny Hammond. They're scrambled, frequently caught stupidly scratching their heads. Thinking surely there's a reasonable explanation for this sudden influx of strange happenings.
