Someday? Someday.

Chapter nine

I woke up not even going to Riley's today. I wanted to go to the hospital to see Josh . I'm sure Riley would be there too and if not she'll know where I am . When i got there I was right Riley and her family were there. I walked in and Josh tried to pick himself up. Maya! I went up to him and kissed him . Then I sat on the side of the bed. So did you get some sleep? Yeah Josh I was just fine. How 'bout you? I was okay. That's good. Then Josh mom interrupted us to see what snacks we wanted. I was so hungry I didn't eat breakfast. Well at least you would be better before the first day of school. Yeah that's a good thing. Then Riley suggested that we should go help mrs. Mathews with the snacks. So me and Riley went. When we got there one of the snacks was stuck. So then me and Riley looked at each other. I knew what she was thinking she wanted me to try the trick Harley did when all the snacks fell but I was sure it wouldn't  work .  It was still worth a try. I did exactly what he did. Like I guess it didn't work. So that's when we just tried to tilt the box. And then it finally fell. When we went back we passed out the snack to everyone. We all started to talk to Josh but Josh wasn't acting like he usually was. He was different . I don't think he was comfortable here. I knew if I would ask him he would say he was okay. That was because he knew that's what I wanted to hear. Hopefully he can get out earlier then a month. Soon everyone got super quiet. Then Josh asked me this Maya can't you sing pretty good. Pretty good Maya is the best singer I've heard, Riley said. What do you want me to sing. Anything. I asked Riley to sing with me. We singed a couple of songs together.it got really late really fast . Then we all went home.

(I know this one was a little boring but I will try to make the next one a little more interesting-Thanks for ready-)
