Next day of course Gabriel was still hesitant of going outside her house. That night she skipped work but peered around the corner seeing a couple of men gathered there waiting for her as usual unlike last night's rare night.
Gabriel took that as an ego boost but knew not to take it to heart because of how dangerous being cocky was.
She shook off any feeling when the sun came up like : The guilt, The pleading, the tingles, the hurt, the anger. And just walked to school silently.
As soon as she left her block she spotted her gang already waiting for her but luckily not at all looking as if they were a threat.
When she got up to them she could feel it, the girl next to her had her switch blade.
Reflex got to her, Gabriel turned around and snatched the blade. "What did I say about being behind with a weapon" She tightened her hold on the girl, "You were planning to hurt me, I could feel you charging at me"
"Spence it's been a bad few days. Shit. Even I want to kill some niggas." Karter said and she took that into consideration.
She then remembered "How the fuck does that explain stabbin' a nigga?!" She replied and tightened her hold on the girl
"Fight for power boss, chill out your on edge Jesus!" Carlos exclaimed and I nodded releasing the girl
"Try some more shit please, go ahead" The girl shook her head and I took in her identity as Pearl. She was my old friend when I first moved her, turned out she was as fake as the bitch I always thought she wasn't
The walk to school was loud with music playing from much of the gang.

School started and most of them had forgotten what was even the point of going to school. They didn't learn, guess it was just a social hour for them.
"Hey is that that stupid ass from yesterday?" Cole from another gang asked. Weird from Gabriel's gang to be from another gang the gangs in this neighborhood got along.
They knew their territories, their rules, and their positions.
"What stupid ass?" Gabriel asked walking to the classroom door. "Shit" She spotted the kid from yesterday,
"Hey kid! What are you here for" Carl shouted towards the boy
"The girl"
"What girl" Hilda asked curious now, obviously looking like she wanted that girl to be her
"The most innocent and vulnerable one out of all of you" The gang busted with laughter obviously laughing.
Karter was the first to speak through his laughter "Like who Spencer??? Buahaha!!" He laughed so hard he fell out his seat and much of the gang laughed to.
