As we were screaming he said go sit down and we heard my mom crying and then after a couple of minutes he finally opened the door and she was crying and had welts on her back and arm because he was hiring her with a belt and cord .My dad grab my mom by the neck and said sign the divorce papers and she did and was crying .Then he kicked her out the house and all her clothes and she ran next door . The man next door gave her his phone and she called my grandma and my grandma came a couple minutes later and my grandma came and took her to the hospital to see if she was ok and took he home and it was snowing a lot that day.My mom came back for us like two days later and when she came she came with backup.The knocked in the door and then tried the key but it didn't open .They brought police and the opens the door and we went to the Car and I was getting in my dad was grabbing me and pulling me out the car .My uncles was tackling him so he will get off of me.
