Pre heat oven on 350°
First put 1cup of water in a bowl
Next put 1/2cup oil in your bowl with the water than put in 3 eggs in your bowl with the water and oil finally add your cake mix in the bowl than get you mixer and mix on medium till it is smooth once smooth poor into your cake pan than put it on for 15 minutes once the 15 minutes are up pull it out put a tooth pick in the cake if it comes out clean it is done but if it is covered in cake put it in for 1 minute than when it is done let it cool for 2 minutes than you can decorate your cake
