Once we got home we started to clean then called for pizza by the time we were done there was a knock on the door. I was hoping it was the pizza boy knowing my luck it was them.

"Hey guys come in Amys in the living room getting the movies and snacks set up" I heard Monica say from the door way why the fuck is there only scary movies. I caught on very quick what Chad and Monica had in mind. They know I'm the biggest scary cat don't get me wrong I love scary movies that's my shit but I like to comment and scream through the whole thing even in the movie theater I'm like don't go down there girl he's down there. I know that's weird but that's just how I am I also am not allowed to hold the popcorn but that's another story.

"So how'd try outs go " Monica said excitedly

"Good, Brandon was great for someone who hadn't been on the team" Chad said as they walked into the living room

"Hey Amy what we watching " Brandon said coming next to the movie case

"All we have is scary movies because my friends hate me " I said the last part very quietly but I think he heard because he started laughing and let me just say his laugh was literal angels laughing it was so manly but so cute at the same time.

"Guessing you don't like scary movies "Brandon said

"No I love them but I get scared easily and I like to ramble when there on " I said kinda smiling

"  Well you can sit by me ill protect you " he said with a goofy looking  smirk on his face

"Of course I can " I said jokingly walking away from the case with the top three movies. For some reason I was really warming to him faster then most people and it feels nice to talk to him and I don't know why.

"PIZZAS HERE" Monica yelled

"I GOT IT " I yelled back I opened the door to see my ex boyfriend Stan we dated in the fifth grade but I broke up with him because I didn't want to bring him down with me. When I was getting picked on he stood up for me and then they would pick on him for dating me so we broke up and he became Mr. Popular. he joined the football team and started dating a cheerleader.

"Oh hey " Stan said

"Hey so how much do I owe you " I said

" Fifteen dollars and eighteen cents " he said as Brandon came to the door

" What's taking so long Amy,we're about to pick the movie  "  he said as he came to the door

"Nothing ill be there in a minute" I said

"Okay" he said

"Here's the money got to go bye " I said as I handed him the money and took the pizzas and walked into the living room to see they had jeepers creepers two on I love this one but its so scary

"I see you guys picked my favorite" I said looking at Monica and Chad laughing

"Yup just for you sweet cheeks " Monica said and I laughed.  We started watching the movie and the part where the creeper takes the kids head off an makes it his comes on so I turn away and guess who I turned into oh yes Brandon. He puts his arm around me and whispers 

"Told you I'd protect you " with a goofy smile on his face why does he make me feel like this I looked up and just smiled at him and looked back at the movie. What is this boy doing to me I thought . soon enough the movie was over but it was only six it was a school night but we usually go to bed till ten I don't know about Brandon. Yes sometimes chad stays over but mom and dad are usually always on business so they don't care they said chad could protect us you guys are probably wondering why I'm always at Monica's house well when my dad pasted away my mom started drinking. She's in rehab right now she's doing great they said she can home very soon.

"Lets play a board game or something if you don't have to go home yet " Monica said to Brandon I was really hoping he didn't. But I'm also vey competitive so maybe not.

"I don't have to go just yet lets go " Brandon said

"Be prepared for the real Amy to come out during this game "Chad said laughing. chad said this because the first time he came over to meet me we played monopoly and I got so competitive I ended up on the table screaming I won and dancing.

" Oh I'm ready " Brandon said smirking he's so smug

" That sounds like a challenge " I said looking up at him because I'm five three and he's almost six two 

"It is " he said

" lets go then I'm ready " I said trying to be serious

"What are we playing " asked Chad as Monica comes out with head bands

"Head Bands " she said

 we put the head bands on then put the card in and started playing. It finally got to me

" Do I have legs " I asked

" No " everyone said in sync

"Am I an animal " I said

"Yes'' they said 

" I'm a snake " I said knowing I was right cause snakes don't have legs

"Yes'' they said

" Yes I'm a sexy beast and win at everything " I said jumping up from my spot on the floor.

"Told you " Chad said laughing so hard tears came to his eyes

" Wasn't expecting that " Brandon said rolling on the floor laughing. me and Monica just look at each other and start laughing too. we played a few more rounds till about nine thirty then I started getting tired I think Brandon noticed because he said I think its time to turn in    

" I'll walk you home" I said

"No its fine I live right next door '' he said laughing I looked at him and made a face at him then said

" What if you got kidnapped or worse  id never forgive myself"

"Fine " he said looking at me with those baby blues

"good lets go" I said grabbing my jacket we walked in silence until we got to his door we looked at each then I looked at the ground

" Well I see you tomorrow " I said and started walking back the other way till he grabbed my arm and brought me to him we were about to kiss when his door opened  

"Finally your home ally's here" the girl in the door way said he just looked at her then back down to me after a second the girl was like oh and shut the door

"Mood killer " he said laughing

"Yeah" I said smiling

"Well see you tomorrow " he said opening the door slowly closing it behind him

"Bye " I said then walked back home when I got there I saw Monica and Chad looking out the window

"GUYS " I yelled

"What we cant let our little girl out in the world by herself can we " Monica said

"Did Brandon mention having a sister" I said

"No we didn't ask him why '' Chad said

"Oh well this girl came to the door right when we were about to kiss " I said

" you guys almost kissed forget about the girl you guys almost kissed" Monica said excitedly oops said to much

" yeah " I said then we said goodnight and I walked up to my room and thought as I was getting ready for bed. I knew what his favorite color was which is green by the way, I knew almost everything about him but we didn't talk about family I wonder why seems weird but its probably nothing .
