Daphne wakes up in her bed with the sun shining through the window. And her mom and dad walks in with news. "Your school wants you to take a blood test this afternoon." Her mother Katherine says. "Why?" Daphne asks. "We aren't sure, but just do it and get it over with" Her dad John added.
** at Zia's house **
She wakes up and goes into the kitchen and reads a post on the new celebrity gossip. Then her mother Regina walks in. She knocks on the Table to get Zia's attention. Zia looks up and signs to her mother. "Oh hi mom, good morning." Her mom signs back "good morning Zia honey, breakfast?" Zia nods and Ragina makes some Eggs and Bacon. Then soon the house phone rings. Ragina walks over and picks it up "Hello, this is Regina Vasquez. How may i help you?... yeah... okay.. yeah i will tell her." Ragina hangs up. Zia looks at her mom "What happened?" Regina has a confused look on her face "They want you to do a blood test at school today." Zia is shocked. "Why?" Zia asks. Ragina shrugs. Zia looks at the time. "School! I have to go mom bye!" She kisses her mom on the cheek and gets her stuff and leaves.
** at Daphne's house **
"Oh mom, dad i have to go" Daphne waves to her mom and dad then grabs her stuff. "Okay, bye sweetie." Her mom says and blows a kiss. Daphne blows a kiss back.
