I'm thinking, the best way to help the other writers on this profile as far as cover-making is to have whoever wants to make covers, create their own chapters and showcase their best work. Then, whoever needs a cover on this account can choose their creator and follow their rules and application format, requesting in the comments of that creator's chapter. That way, it's' pretty loose in rules but the creators can decide what to do and how to do it.
