I blushed badly when he said that.
"Fine by me" I tried to reply as cool as I could muster (so not very cool).
I motioned for him to start walking in the direction of his house.

"What about our date " I asked.
He looked confused, for a second.
Then Jean replied " We can exchange numbers and you can call me when you feel better so you don't strain yourself, and I can plan something fun."
"I feel fine we can just walk around for our date if you want."I said
" Okay, but I want to take you on a real date too. " Jean replied.
I lit up when I heard this, and I do think I was blushing a bit.
"Okay" I replied happily

God I can't belive I just said that, but I'm glad I did. I hope this date goes well. I should start a conversation.
"Sooo, Armin, what is your favorite book." I said, instantly regretting that choice of question.
"I like the odyssey." He replied "what about you "
"The odyssey is a good book but I'm a big fan of Harry Potter " I replied.
"You know ..." Armin said " you didn't have to go on a date with me if you didn't want to."
"I wanted to."I said .
He stopped walking for a bit then continued to walk again. I guess I surprised him. I wanted touch his hand again, so I reached out and I touched his hand with my pinky. Smooth Jean, real smooth.
