Chapter 3

I woke up to the sound of my phone. It said I had a new message. The message said "good morning" I instantly replied with a "morning :) " after I finished getting dressed I raced down the stairs and out the door to my truck. It took me 20 minutes to get to school. I opened my locker to get my books that I needed for my first 3 blocks when I seen a shadow out of the corner of my eye. I looked up but didn't see anything. Then suddenly *SLAMM!* I jumped back to the sound. It was Sarah,who had just slammed my locker shut. "Oops. Sorry your locker door was in my way." She said with a hiss." As much as I wanted to punch her I couldn't. I reopened my locker to grab my last 2 books and seen someone lean against the locker next to mine. It was Jeff. "Hey Jane" he said with his deep and dreamy voice. Hey! I replied blushing. "Can I walk with you to your class?" Yes I don't mind. I have English. "Haha I have Mathematics." We talked until we came upon our classrooms. Before I entered my class Jeff asked "Wanna sit with me in lunch?" Um sure but I usually sit with my friend Alex and her boyfriend. Is that ok? "Yea sure,well see you later pretty lady" he said smiling at me. The first half of the day went fast and soon lunch rolled around. I was super excited to be sitting with Jeff. I went to my locker when I seen him waiting for me. A big smile rushed across my face,trying hard to not blush. We walked to the lunch room and sat down at Alex's and Parker's table. "Hey girly!" I heard her say. "So this your new boyfriend you're always talking About?" Alex giggled. I shot her a mad glance and she automatically knew to stop. Jeff laughed. "Haha she wishes I was" Jeff answered. "So I'm having a party Saturday, and you two love birds are welcome to come." I heard Parker say. "Yea that sounds fun I'll probably go" Jeff answered. Before I could answer the bell rang. I started heading toward my locker when I heard Jeff call my name. "Hey can we hang out after school?" He asked blushing. Oh um yea my mom doesn't get home till late so it wouldn't hurt. "Cool. I'll walk with you to Spanish,if that's ok." Yea that's ok. The rest of the day went by fast and I couldn't wait to hang out with him. We arrived at my house at around 3:30. "Wow nice house" I heard Jeff say in the distance. Yea thanks, need a drink? I asked trying to not freak out and be polite at the same time. "Nah I'm good." I grabbed a mountain dew out of the fridge and sat down on the couch. "So tell me about your self." Jeff Said. Oh um well I'm Jane. I am 16 year's old and obsessed with bands drawing and anime. How about you? I replied "Ha ok my full name is Jeffery woods. I'm 17 and I also love music and watching anime." After about a hour he had to go. "Hey before I leave I got a question." Ok? What is it I asked. "I was wondering if you Would like to go to Parker's party with me?" I tried not to scream. Be casual I thought to my self. Yes I would love to!! I said. "Great I'll pick you up here at 6:00?" Jeff asked with a smirk. Yes that'll work. I said as he left. When my mom came home I told her about the party and she was happy for me. I ran up to my room and collapsed on my bed. I am so excited. I texted Alex for about a hour when I got a message from Jeff that said, "I can't wait for Saturday! Good night." I replied to Jeff with a good night. Then I fell asleep.
