My Only One (INFINITE's Sung Yeol & SNSD's Tae Yeon Fan Fic)

Chapter 4: Awkward

Sung Yeol's POV

When we were called onto the stage, I found out that I was sitting between Tae Yeon and Jessica. I wasn't awkward around Jessica or any other member of Girls' Generation, but was barely 1 feet away in distance from Tae Yeon, and when I took a slight glance of her sitting down, she was blushing. And I knew exactly why.

When the show was barely 20 minutes in, the MC asked a question to both me and Tae Yeon which made us feel very, VERY uncomfortable.

"Tae Yeon? Sung Yeol? Why are you two blushing?" Tae Yeon and I looked at each other with awkward looks, and now...we had no answer.

"Umm...well...on a variety show once, while Girls' Generation were on their 'Girls & Peace' tour in Seoul, Sung Yeol said that I was his ideal type. As a matter of fact, he hasn't stopped saying that since...2011-ish?" Tae Yeon said. When she said that my cheeks became redder and redder, like a tomato.

"Then, let's do the Pepero game between you two to see if this is true!" The MC said. You could've at least told me to answer questions about Tae Yeon! Anything but THIS!

"Ya, this is going to be the best day of Sung Yeol's life." I heard Woo Hyun hyung say. He makes it sound like he already had HIS first kiss. Wait...has he?

Tae Yeon's POV

I had to do the Pepero game with Sung Yeol. I was blushing the whole time, because I think I might just have my first kiss. Yet, I forgot that Sung Yeol already has his first kiss with Nam Ji Hyun of 4Minute, so I felt less nervous.

As I put the one end of the Pepero stick in my mouth, Sung Yeol did the same. When we heard the word "Start", I leaned in a bit closer. Then, I stopped. I heard screams from both my members and the INFINITE members. Why was this? Our lips touched. It was barely a kiss, but, I kind of enjoyed it.

"So, Tae Yeon noona, how did that feel?" Sung Kyu asked. I called Sung Kyu "oppa" a few times, even though our birthdays are nearly a week apart, and we were born in the same month of the same year, 1989.

"That felt good." Everyone else laughed, while I was still blushing. But, I also forgot something. I was dating someone. And we thought that we should tell our fans around early next year. It was only November at the time, and we wanted to tell both of our fandoms (because he was a idol, too) at a time where we thought it would be best. My members and my family already knew, it's just that I still felt a little weird talking about it.
