~(Y/N)'s POV~

I was walking through Shiganshina, as I was was humming a song I recently got stuck in my head. It was early afternoon and the streets were bustling with busy people. As I was walking, I could faintly hear someone groaning in pain and the sound of mocking laughter. I followed the sound, listening to it carefully and trying to figure out what was going on. As I walked further, I noticed an ally where others house were placed facing towards me. My head began looking around, trying to find the source of the commotion. I looked to my left and saw what was going on.

"Do I have to repeat myself, or are you just stupid?", they pushed Armin back into the wall, making him wince in pain.

"I heard you alright. I won't tell you anything about her. She doesn't even deserve to know you.", he was then tossed into the air, making him fall on the concrete floor with a painful thud.

"Yeah she does! Heh, look who's even talking, you won't even have a chance with her 'cause you're just a pathetic, like--"

"Hey, leave him alone!", I screamed as I jumped out of the shadows. The bully's that were beating up Armin looked up at me.

"Well, well~, looks like you finally showed up. We were just talking about you.", I walked towards them, giving them a glare that would kill. As I got closer, I readied my fist so I could punch the guy in the face.

"Awwww, what's wrong! Trying to protect your boy--", I didn't let him finish his sentence as I uppercut him in the face, sending him through the air. I glared at the rest of them. The guy who I punched had a broken nose, having tons of blood running down the bottom of his face.

"If I see any of you guys hurt him again, you'll have a much bigger consequence then your friend.", they were shaking in fear of my words, as they ran away with their injured friend. I sighed, turing back to Armin with a worried look. I saw him sitting up and looking at me.

"Hey, are you alright?", I asked, kneeling down to him and checking his face for any bruises. He blushed, as he stared into my eyes.

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine.", luckily, he didn't have any bruises which made me relax. I offered him a hand which he took as I lifted him back up on his feet. He brushed the dust that was on his clothing, before looking up at me again.

"Thanks for helping me (Y/N).", I smiled.

"No problem, gotta look out for my friends!", after I said that, I saw Mikasa and Eren walking towards us.

"Hey guys, what's up?", Eren asked, breathing heavily from the running he was doing. Mikasa was behind him and looked at both of us. Her eyes widen a bit as she looked behind me.

"What happened there?", I turned around and saw a tiny pond of blood with a trail as well.

"Armin was beaten up again.", I said. Armin scratched the back of his neck in shame.

"I don't know why, but I keep running into them.", as he said that, a question came to mind.

"Hey Armin?"

"Yeah?"

"What were they asking you?", I said, raising an eyebrow. His eyes shrunk as Mikasa and Eren also raised an eyebrow.
