"Shelly!" Mike called coming through the door of their shared apartment, "Yeah?" She called from the kitchen where she was making a salad. "Get ready I have a surprise for you." He smiled at her, "Really?" She asked excitedly bouncing up and down, "Yeah, now hurry up and get ready." Mike replied looking nervous.
Shelly quickly ran into her room and got dressed, putting on her favorite green bow and a necklace. "I'm ready." She said walking out of her room, "You look beautiful, Shelly." Mike said taking her hand(? ) and leading her to the car. "So.." Shelly began putting her seatbelt on, "Where are we going?" Mike rolled his eyes, "It's a surprise silly, if I told you then it wouldn't be much of a surprise, now would it?" He started the car and they began to drive in comfortable silence, every now and then Mike would look over at Shelly and observe her beautiful features as she looked out the window. Shelly tried to guess where they were headed by watching the turns they made but Mike was taking a different route, it was a bit longer than the original way but he wanted her to be surprised.
Shelly had fallen asleep by the time they were there. "Shelly," Mike said softly shaking her, "Shelly get up we're here." Shelly sat up and looked around, "Where are we?" They were parked in the middle of the woods. "C'mon, i'll show you." He said leading her further into the woods, she began to notice some things she's seen before. They finally got to a clearing with a treehouse in the middle of it, there was an old rusted bike leaned up against the trunk of the tree. It was the treehouse that they would play in when they were little..
