The Returned

Caleb says weakly: Hailey... is that you.... it's... it's been forever.

Hailey says sadly: Yeah, it's been a long time since I've seen you, it was a week after you got out of the hospital wasn't it?

Caleb says happily: Yeah I'm surprised you remembered.

Hailey says shockingly: I would never forget, you were my best friend, we were so close till..... Um hey you look cold do you want to come inside?

Caleb says happily: Yeah, thanks

*Hailey opens the door to let Caleb in, Caleb walks in and sits down on the couch*

Hailey says: Can I get you anything?

Caleb says: No I'm fine but thank you though,

Hailey says: No problem, so how have you been?

Caleb says: I've been good I mean kinda better knowing you're still here, in this little town.

Hailey says: I don't really plan on leaving for awhile I love it here even with its bad memories....

Caleb says quietly: Yeah even the bad ones...

Hailey says in a higher sad pitch tone: So um... what brought you here? What brought you back.

Caleb says: You did.... I mean not just you but mostly you. I just wanted to see you again I just wanted to see if you were alright, I just wanted to know how you've been handling things since.

*Anthony wakes up and comes downstairs in his boxers to see what's going on*

Hailey says: Oh...I'm flattered and I'm doing just fine I mean Tuesday was the anniversary though going to school was kinda hard especially having to see his brother and him there. 

Anthony yells: Who's this?

Hailey says awkwardly: This...This is Caleb

*Anthony stumbles back a little in complete and utter shock*

Anthony says shockingly: Is this the Caleb that was......

Caleb says: Yours truly in the flesh.

Hailey says: Anthony you might want to put some clothes on or at least a robe.

*Anthony gets flustered and walks backwards*

Anthony says: You're right, I'll go do that right now.

*Anthony walks up the stairs to the room*

Hailey says curiously: So does this mean we're going to talk about that night?

Caleb says: Only if you want to, if you're ready and genuinely curious I'll tell you everything.

Hailey says: I am, I just need closure on what happened. If I don't know I'll never be able to move pass that point in my life. 

Caleb says: Well after you were...

*Anthony comes walking down the stairs in pjs*
