Rodney walked into the entrance of Bigweld Industries with a smile across his face, today was another day except Rodney is going to try more to be himself. He stops once he sees a yellow paper on the wall, he look at it and read it in his mind.

A Bigweld Ball! Rodney had a victory dance in his mind, this was the perfect thing to ask Cappy about. And that's exactly what he is going to do. Quikcly he text Fender about the party and ran to Cappy's office.

Rodney relaxed his thoughts and breathed out slowly and told himself to be positive. He knocked the door twice and waited for an answer.
"Come in", Cappy said to him to hear her.
Rodney opened the door and walked, he smiled by how beautiful she was. She was a black top with black jeans and once again, her hair was pinned up and her green eyes sparkled. Rodney just felt rusty, like an outmode. He realized what he was, he didn't have a upgrade like she did, his spirits went down but he knew better than to just start thinking about it, so he kept smiling.
"Oh hey Rodney", she put her notebook in a droor and did the same with her pen.
What was she doing with that? Rodney wondered. Probably for a new invention of hers.
"Hey Cappy", he walked in, loving to get closer to her.
"Sit down". Cappy said.
Rodney obeyed and sat down, he loves to do anything for her.
"Can I help you with something?" Cappy asked.
Rodney rubbed his arm, nervously. "No, not really. I just wanted to ask you something."
"Oh? What is it?"
Rodney felt like his legs were about to shake, but he tried to control them as much as he could. He breathed out slowly and looked at her.
"Did you hear about the Bigweld Ball tonight?" Rodney asked.
"Oh yeah", Cappy smiled.

"Well", Rodney began, he was trying to think of the polite words, "And I was just wondering if you would like to come with me as a partner?"
Rodney grew even more nervous, making his hands shake but he grabbed his knees to make sure they were not showing.
Cappy was shocked and placed her hand on her chest, maybe even where her heart laid.
"Rodney?" She spoke. "Your asking me to the ball?"
"Yes I am." Rodney replied.
Cappy's face was flushed pure red and she looked at her desk to think, but she rubbed it off.
She giggled with a smile as she looked at him.
"I'd love to."

"Do you think the tie is too much Wonderbot?" Rodney said as he walked towards with a blue tie around his neck.
Wonderbot shook his head but tightened a little more. He wore wearing a blue tuxedo with some white and a blue tie.
"Alright", Rodney said to himself. "I think I'm ready."
Wonderbot remembered something as he tapped on his shoulder.
Rodney turned to him confused. "What?"
Wonderbot pointed to his own mouth. Rodney placed placed his placed his hand placed his hand over his mouth and breathed then sniffed.
"Ok. I remember!" Rodney quickly ran to the bathroom and brushed his teeth, once he was done. He quickly ran out the door and was on his way to Cappy's.

Rodney finally parked at the side of the street in front of Cappy's house and waited. The door opened to her house and beautiful slender figure walked out of the house and closed the door. Once she saw Rodney, she smiled and waved and headed for the car. Rodney's eyes widen and his mouth dropped. She was gorgeous. She wore black heels and a long black dress and her hair was down. Once she got into the car, she looked at him with a smile.
"Wow Cappy", Rodney smiled.
"I know", Cappy said as she looked away, fixing her hair. "I look bad don't I? Is it too much?"
Rodney couldn't believe the awful things she was saying about herself so he quickly interrupted.
"No Cappy, you look beautiful."
"Really?" Cappy began to blush. "No. Your just saying that."
"No Cappy. I mean it, your gorgeous. Why would you say such bad things about yourself?"
"A lot of men don't think I'm pretty."
"I do."
Cappy smiled and she felt warm all over. "You look handsome."
"Now I wouldn't be so sure about that", Rodney looked away.
"Well I'm sure about it."
Rodney smiled back, really wanting to kiss her badly.
"Ready to go?" Rodney asked as he started the car.
"Ready when you are."
