The court date was set for later on that day and Danny was getting prepared and all the information together but of course it is up to grace and the judge of who grace stays with.
* time skip to later in the day at the court*
"No matter what happens monkey I'll always be there for you and I love you" Danny sweetly said the grace
"I love you danno" grace replied
As the case carried on Danny was getting more nervous the judge thought that grace was better staying with Rachel but then it was Grace's turn to speak
"I want to stay with Danno here, I don't want to move schools and cheerleading teams and I don't wanna leave my friends" grace upsettingly said to all of the court "I know danno can look after me he always does when mum goes out with Stan and I love him danno, I would really love to stay here in Hawaii. It's my home"
The court was coming to an end and it was finally time to see who got custody of Grace.
"The final decision has been made Grace will be staying with her dad Daniel Williams" the Judge sternly said.
Both Grace and Danny were happy of course Grace was going to miss her mother and Stan but she's very relieved that she gets to stay with her friends and team but most of all her father Daniel Williams.
