Hunters POV
"Come on Hunter!! Let's go meet the new neighbors!" my mom said.
"COMING MOMMA" I screamed.
We walked over and rang the doorbell. A few seconds later a lady answered the door. "Hi. I'm Christine" my mom said holding out her hand. "Monica" said the other lady. "And who's this handsome young man?" "oh I'm Hunter" I said with a smile. " How old are you?" "I'm 16"
" I have a 16 year old daughter. Let me go get her. But before she can take a step. A beautiful girl walked to the door. I took in her appearance. She had long wavy brown hair with blondish highlights and hazel eyes with a slim nose and plump pink lips. I think her name was Bella. She was stunning. My mom suggested that Bella shows me around her house. I'm just nervous of what Loren will say if she finds out I was with another girl. Bella grabbed my wrist and I looked down to see very faint lines on her wrist. When we got to somewhere private I decided to talk to her.

Bella's POV
I brought Hunter into my new room to show him around but ever since I grabbed his wrist he's been acting kind of curious. I hope he didn't see my scars.
" So here's my r-" "Why?" Hunter cut me off. "Why what?" I said trying to play stupid. He looked down at my wrist then he looked me in the eye. "Hunter" I said.
" How could you do this to yourself?" Hunter said with a look of pain in his eyes. " I stopped I don't do it anymore" I lied. He looked up and said, "Promise me never to do it again" "I promise"
*30 minutes later*
Hunter and I started talking to each other and asking random questions. "Do you want to play 20 questions?" I asked. He nodded his head yea and told me to go first. "Okay what's your favorite color?" "Blue. When's your birthday?" "April 5th" " No way that's my birthday!!" "That's so cool!! Anyways..." I decided to ask him a risky question. " Are you in a relationship?" I asked him. He quickly looked down and nodded his head yes. That honestly made me kind of sad and everything was just really awkward. "Come on Hunter! We gotta go!" yelled Christine. I silently thanked God and walked Hunter followed me down the stairs. "okay bye! see you later!" my mom said. "Later??" " yea we're going over for dinner in about 2 1/2 hours." Great. Hopefully his girlfriend doesn't show up.
