Regina didn't understand why this was happening to her.  No matter how hard she tried, or what she did to be good; even though it killed her every second, could she figure out how to gain redemption.  Robin, Robin was gone! Another soul that loved her taken away.

Regina sat in the darkness of her vault, a few candles burning lit the space.  She needed space to think.  She knew her past deeds were bad, but it was her mother's wrath that lead her to do those things.  So why was she suffering because of it? She wanted her fairytale ending! She almost had it a couple times before her lovers were killed.  She was so close to finding her happy ending, but it never worked.  What else did she have to do?!

Her mind wandered to Rumple and Belle, and thought of Emma, and Hook's relationship.  They were going to move in together.  They had even picked out a house already.  That should have been Regina and Robin.

Regina huffed at the thought of Emma Swan. Even though she had been the Dark One at one point, Emma still got her happy filthy ending with that damn pirate!!!! She scoffed and shook her head. And Hook, who has been a villain just like her has been getting his way since he came to Storybrooke. The story felt hypocritical to her in a way. There was just some black cloud over her head that was there to stay.

Tears slid down her face as jealousy swept her away. Life was so unfair.

Regina wiped hear tears away, and put herself together. She was done crying over Robin. He was gone and the only thing she could do was focus on herself. If she wanted her happy ending, it wasn't going to happen moping around in this vault.

She returned to her mansion in a cloud of purple smoke.

A doorbell rang across her home, and she smiled to herself, "Well, that was good timing!" She said to herself, rather amused. She walked to the door, and opened it only to find Emma Swan on the other side of the door.
