CRACK!

Thunder sounded every few minutes outside in the pouring rain, and it was scaring the hell out of Jungkook.

He'd always been just a little scared of thunderstorms, but this one was really bad and he was scared out of his mind.

He felt his phone buzz beside him under the blanket. The maknae opened his phone and frowned; the text was from Jimin.

text from 💕Jiminie Hyung💕:

hey, Kookie, i know you're awake. don't worry about the thunderstorm okay? It'll be gone soon. ❤

Jungkook sighed, knowing his response to that wouldn't make sense.

text to: 💕Jiminie Hyung💕:

ik hyung byt in so sxarsrd plrade cim in here

He looked back over at the text and cursed himself mentally, but he knew Jimin would probably get it. He put his phone down and wrapped his arms around his knees, hugging them to his chest.

"Jungkook-ah," Jimin said softly, opening the door a few minutes later. He walked in, shutting the door behind him, and sat onto the younger's bed.

"H-hyung," he whimpered, grabbing Jimin's hand, "p-please sleep with me.."

The dancer saw this as his chance. "Only if you say you like me."

Jungkook tilted his head and blushed a soft pink. He had always had a little crush on Jimin but never had the guts to say it. "H-huh? Like, like-like you?"

"That would be nice, yes," he mumbled, stroking Jungkook's hair.

"Well, Hyung.. I've always really liked you, and-" a loud crack of thunder made Jungkook cut off his sentence, jumping a little and cowering beside Jimin.

The older laughed. "I really like you too, Jungkookie." He held the younger close, rubbing his arm sympathetically and placing a soft kiss on his forehead.

Kookie snuggled into the older's frame and flushed a darker shade, holding onto Jimin's arm and squeezing it. "Try to sleep, Kookie-ah."

"B-but, how am I supposed to sleep when there's thunder every seven seconds?" He asked.

'Not to mention you just kissed me!' He thought to himself.

"How about this," Jimin said softly, "Each time the thunder sounds, I'll kiss you?"

Jungkook was a little surprised. Everyone knew Jimin liked Jungkook, that was obvious; but nobody knew that he felt the same way.

"O-okay, Hyung." Just then thunder cracked across the sky and Jungkook jumped.

The dancer smiled and gave a soft peck to the maknae's lips.

Ooooh jeez. Kookie's cheeks were a bright red by now and he let out a shaky sigh, leaning into Jimin.

"That's it, just calm down," he cooed, running his fingers through the younger's hair.

CRACK!

Jungkook bit his lip to keep from screaming before Jimin gently grabbed his chin.
"Kookie, don't bite your lip, how will I kiss you if you do?" He softly kissed the younger boy.

And that was how it went for the next ten minutes. Jungkook kept count of how many kisses he received in that short amount of time; seven, if you were wondering.

"At this point," Jimin breathed jokingly, "my lips will go numb from kissing you so much."

Despite the fact he was still a little scared, the maknae laughed softly. "Thank you for coming in here, Hyung," he said quietly.

"Of course Jungkookie."

And Jimin kissed Jungkook once more, but there wasn't anymore thunder. Just a light drizzle.

He did it just because.
