Chapter Seven: Run Away

Let us be free.
Let us embrace ourselves
And run.
We can run away!

We can run and jump
And touch the stars!
We can be together,
If only we ran,
We waited too long,
I'll never see you again.
We could text and call!
What a splendid idea!
We can Skype and snapchat,

What if we put in effort?
What if we actually tried?
If we were together
I never would have died.
I died waiting for you,

I died caring for you.
I gave up myself to make you happy,
Yet everything I say is to sappy,
And everytime I whispered

You would turn away
And I just hoped you'd understand

Giving myself up
