DEAN

One month later . . .

Logan and I have been here for about a month now. There has been no sign of the Alpha nor a Beta or Omega. The trail has gotten cold. We have searched but, it is hard since he has stopped turning people and I never got his scent on our fight. There is no longer any scent of any werewolves. Even the bodies we killed a month ago are now gone. Maybe he did die.

After a month of searcher we decided to look one more night. If there wasn't anything than we were head back to the Pack and continue on with our lives. Thinking about moving on pissed me off though.

I remember seeing her, with that guy. He had her scent on his body. When I went to check in on her that night I saw everything. Hearing what they said to each other. Him putting his hands all over her. It took everything for me not to hunt him down right than and there.

When he left I knew what she was feeling. The doubt, unsatisfied, empty feeling that he left her in. That's only because she can't feel that way towards anyone else - - she never will. I know and she knows she is settling. She also felt my presence that night. Than she shut me out. Won't blame her. If I was Eleanor and knew nothing I would shut me out as well.

Night came, Logan and I went out into the woods again. We began our hunt. If this bastard was going to show himself tonight I was going to be ready.

ELEANOR

A month has past since I last saw him. God promised I would see him again. Sometimes, I would go out into the woods just to see if he was there. Nothing. No trace of him at all. I opened my drawer were the rage was. This was the only thing that was proof that he was here. Every time I think it is a lie I look at it.

"Knock knock" Mom said as she also knocked on my door. Quickly I knew the rage in my book bag. "Noah is here to pick you up".

"Oh, okay thanks Mom", I said heading out the room with her.

It was nice having my parents home again for at least awhile. I almost had forgotten what they looked like for awhile. Mom had short curly hair that was blond with a little bit of grey. She was also super thin but, cute as a button. Dad had started gaining a bit of weight in his belly. He was still a strong old man with a big upper body. Also having a thick black mustache and full head of black and grey hair. Dad was Hispanic and Mom was a white as they come. They were adorable.

I headed down the hall to met up with Noah. When we told everyone the news that we decided to date everyone was so excited. We all went out to dinner with Noah's family. It seemed like a big celebration to everyone, kinda put a lot of pressure on me though. I felt uneasy instead of rejoicing but, I keep telling myself it's because I'm shy I guess.

"Hey you" Noah greeted me with a smile. I've honestly never seen him so happy in my life. Also ever since we have been dating Noah has looked even more handsome than before. Lately, I have tried to keep up with him just so people wouldn't talk on how nice he looked and how horrible I looked.

"Hey yourself" I smiled back at him giving him a hug. Than he kissed me on the top of the head. "You ready Noah"

"Yeah, we're going to be late" Noah picked up my books off the kitchen counter, "Bye Mr. and Mrs. Bishop I'll bring her after our practices" than we headed to school.

Noah had Lacrosse practice right after school till 9 and I had Marching Band Practice till 8. I usually just waited for him on the bleachers afterwards. Plus, I also enjoyed watching him practice. Normally, Noah is the sweetest guy ever but Lacrosse was an outlet for him. He'd let out tons of aggression out there on the field. It was like watching a different Noah sometimes.
