Before starting this book I would really like to make it clear that I do not own any of the photos used through out this book, they are purely just to show what the characters look like.

...............

"Player of the month? Really? I expect better of you!" My mother basically screamed, shoving the magazine into my face.

I'm James. James Parker. Well known as the hottest model in Los Angeles.

And what is in the magazing that's viciously stuffed into my face right now, is a few photos of me with women barely covered in clothes clinging on to me, while I was at a club. I cant settle with one girl because they only want me for my money, the fame and my sexy god-like body. So yes, it is a lot easier too have one night stands and not get my heart broken, besides I don't exactly believe in love.

"James! Are you even listening?" She screeched, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"How do you except me to fix this?" My mother dropped herself onto the couch looking defeated, and there it happened, her face light up and a smile plasted on to her face from ear to ear.

"We will get you married!" She jumped up. Wait what???

"What the fuck? Married? Why!?" I sat up straight, worry was clear on my face.

"No, really! We'll get a girl to pretend to marry you so it seems like your ready to settle down and get rid of your disgusting reputation" She explained making me pretty nervous, she cant be serious.

"Well it must end some time, so either way I'm still gonna look like a jerk." I pointed out, making her pause for a short moment.

"I know!" She beamed. "We'll say she can't handle the fame and needed to settle for something more quiet." I could see she got more excited over her stupid idea by the second.

"No Fucking way! I'm not going to pretend to marry a stranger, that's so fucked up. Besides I don't care what anyone thinks."

"Well if you want to stay with your agency I suggest you do." She threatens me raising her eyebrows.

"Besides, I'm not giving you an option." She adds.

I sigh in defeat "whatever." I groan.

She gives me a satisfied smile and makes her way into the other room. Supposedly so she can arrange the whole thing.

Kelsey's POV

I finally get home after a long day of work and slump down into my couch, kick of my white nikes revealing my white ankle socks and close my eyes. then RINGGGG! Off goes my phone startling me and all the relaxation exited my system. I pull the old phone out of my pocket and see my boss's name flash on the tiny screen. Crap did i forget to lock the office? I thought. I pressed the answer button and put it too my head.

"Hello" I said into the phone nervously.

"Hello Kelsey, I have a position for you" She got straight to the point.

A position?? What could that be? "Urm yes?" I squeaked

"You've probably heard of my son, James?"

"Yes of course I have" I answered. He's all over the news and magazines, he's well know for being a player.

"Well, he's needing some help to steer away from his reputation, and to do this.. well I need someone to pretend be his wife for 5-6 months, and I know this is a really big thing to ask, so in exchange I'll promote you from an intern to a Senior Writer. What do you say?" I'm an intern for Sprite Magazine, its the biggest in the bussiness and I've been dreaming of writing for them since I was 13, this was a really big deal for me and I mean it's only for a few months and It'll be back to normal.

"urm I'm not err okay deal" I hesitated to agree.

"Thankyou so much for this Kelsey, pack your things I'll be over in 3 hours." She told me and hung up.

Crap, what have I gotten myself into... my heart is racing.
