The land of" almost" and "what if" is the worst place to be

sadly I'm its prisoner

What if I could :

Change some things?

Rewind the memories?

Pause the happy moments?

Well I almost did that ...

I almost said goodbye

You stopped me

I almost said hello

You walked away

I almost said 'I hate you'

You made Me think twice

I almost said 'I love you'

You gave up

I almost told you that I needed you

You left without a goodbye

I almost let it all go

But my pain will always be your gain

Almost is just never enough
