Chapter 4 - The Bite.

*Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've been busy and tired.... "(yಠ,ಠ)y"*

Levi's P.O.V.

Darkness..... It was all dark, I couldn't move, it was so cold...
I... I cant breathe... I... I CANT BREATHE!
I tried to move but I couldn't, I struggled, and it was as something had me in there grip.
It felt horrible... I wanted to cry out for help but when I tried nothing came out my mouth.

Then I felt someone went in my neck, and my neck started to burn.
It slowly spread in my body, and it felt like my body was on fire.

I could move again, and I started to twist, turn and struggle.

I felt myself being pulled up from the fire, and I could breathe again.

I slowly opened my eyes.

I saw Hanji right in front of my face, she had a shocked face.
I slowly sat up, I notice I was trembling and asked what happened.

"LEVI! THANK GOD YOUR ALIVE, YOU WHERE KNOCKED OUT THEN THE MERMAN PULLED YOU IN THE WATER! AND HE BIT YOU!" She cried out.

I raised my hand to my neck and felt 2 holes, that bastard... Why did he bite me?!

"Well, for now, four eyes lets go ba-" before I had a chance to finish Hanji gasped and points at the platform.
The merman was on its was out?!

Hanji ran out the room, probably to get the camera.

I tried to stand up but fell down again.

"ARGH...Tch" my legs hurt like hell, my body was weak.
What is this?

When I looked back at the merman I saw him dragging himself towards me.
I started to panic and tried to get away, just when I was about to reach the doorknob he gripped my leg, and dragged me to him.

I swear I was dead meat, I was weak and didn't know what to do, he places his hands on both of my shoulders and looked into my eyes, I looked into his green eyes,
I couldn't move my body, I was too afraid, just then he pulled me into a hug, my body relaxed and I felt safe in his arms, I don't know why but I felt safe.

Until four eyes came in, she just stared at us.
The merman started to hiss at her as she got too close.
He tightened his grip around me and I gasped in pain...

AGN... NNGH... My body is very sore and weak.

He looked down at me with worried eyes.

"I-I'm sorry! Are you okay?!" He spoke.
He...HE SPOKE! Hanji yelled out and jumped in happiness.

"What's your name?" I asked quietly.

"E-Eren Jaeger" he simply replied.

"Nice to meet you Eren, I'm Levi..."
I started to feel sleepy and closed my eyes...
The last thing I saw was his beautiful eyes, and I felt his tail wrapped around him and me.

Eren's P.O.V.

I saw him get up and started to talk with that other human.
I want him back, I thought.

I swam up to the platform and started to pull myself out, the human gasped and pointed at me, then she ran out of the room.

The short man just laid on the ground trying his best to get away, but I was fast, and gripped his leg as soon as I was out of the water and close enough.

I pulled him to me and gripped his shoulders, looking him in the eyes.
He just stared at me with fear in his eyes.

Then he calmed down like he was about to fall asleep. I felt very happy to have my mate here in my arms.

Then the other human came in and started to jump from happiness? There is seriously something wrong with that human.

She came closer and I started to hiss and wing my tail at the human to scare it away.

I tightened the grip around my mate, and he gasped in pain...

"AGN... NNGH...."

He looked very weak...

"I-I'm Sorry! Are you okay?!"

He...HE SPOKE! The other human yelled and it sure was quite annoying.

"What's your name?" My partner asked weakly.

"E-Eren Jaeger."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Levi...." He replied.
His eyes were closing, and his breathing became weaker.

No, don't tell me a Mermaid/Merman bite can kill a human!?! I mean... Merman and Mermaids never have this reaction to a bite?!

I panicked a little and didn't know what to do, he just laid in my arms, his eyes were closed, I shook him a little, but he didn't wake up.
I wrapped my tail around us and held him close, tears started to build up as I saw his skin beginning to look pale.

What is happening?!
