I wake up to a text message from Zoë.

Hey G! Vidcon's next week, you're coming right? Everyone's dying to see you! Xx

Idk if I'm ready for something like that yet. I mean I've not even made a YouTube channel, would I be accepted? X

Zoë 🤓❤️:
Of course you would you silly billy! Everyone's extremely welcoming in this community and I promise nothing will happen to you. After the very sad passing of Christina Grimmie, there's WAY more security. Xxx

*One Week Later*

As the airplane begins to land, a sudden nerve hits me in my tummy. - we're actually in California.

Zoë holds my hand. "Everything's gonna be alright, poppet."

I smile. "Thank you."

As we land and get to our hotel lobby I notice a YouTuber that I'd been watching for years.
Cadeeza.
Well her actual name is Candy but Cadeeza is her YouTube name.
She's quite a small youtuber, only has about 400k, but her videos are the best and SO well edited.

She was wearing a black/grey skirt with studs on it, a cropped tshirt with the words 'Internet vids 4 Internet kids' on it, some Nike shoes and a headband with cat ears sticking out of it.  It all went perfectly with her long black hair. 

I decide to hold in my inner fangirl and walk over to talk to her casually.

I tap her on the shoulder "Hey! You're Candy, right?"

"Yes! Would you like a selfie?" She smiles.

Great. There goes my plan on trying not to act like a fangirl.

"Wait.." She stops in mid sentence, "You're Grace Sugg! Oh my goodness I'm so sorry I didn't recognise you sooner!"

I sigh in relief, laughing to try and act cool. "No worries!"

"Do you have a panel this year?" She asks.

"Uh, nope. I just came for the experience."

"Aw shame, I do! I'm so nervous though. It's my first one!"

"I'm sure you'll do great!"

"Thank you! Anyway I've got to go to my room and get unpacked. Catch up soon Grace!"

"Of course! Byee!"

I feel Butterflies in my stomach. I actually talked to Cadeeza.
Seeing someone on your laptop screen then in real life is REALLY weird. But amazing at the same time.

"Hey Joe?" I call his name.

"Yeah?" He turns around from talking to Mikey.
