I wake up to somebody knocking on my door. What time is it? 10:00? My clock reads, 11:45 A.M. Holly cow! "Who- who is it?" the person keeps knocking on my door. "Leah?" No answer. What if it's some thief trying to kill me? My hand is shaky and my palm is sweaty, I hold my breath and open the door. "About time you open!" before I can even blink, he throws his arms on me and pulls me into a tight hug making it almost impossible to breath. He then gives me a kiss. Memories of Harry and Niall make me pull away. "I haven't wash my teeth yet." I tell him as an excuse. He laughs, "So?"  "Oh, you must think I'm lazy. I just woke up. Sorry."  "No I'm sorry for not calling to say I was coming. I was a little worried, you didn't answer my texts and calls." he says with an unreadable expression on his face. I indicate for him to come in and he does, he sits in the couch and waits for me to reply. "The reason I didn't reply is because," because I was crying my eyes out because I saw my only love and the boy that I tore apart. "Because remember I told you about the concert? I got here late, and with a headache. In fact I haven't touched my phone since yesterday afternoon." He keeps eye contact with me and I bite my lip. "I understand, love." he gets up and puts his arms around my waist. "I came over to invite you to get something to eat, how does that sound? Since you and I both have no work today we can spend the day together." I lay my head on his chest, listen to his heartbeat. He likes me. And I like him too- I think. Or do I like Niall? Or Harry? My head is spinning as if I was drunk. "Naina?" he says. Naina. When we first met, which was in a library he asked me, "Excuse me? Ma'am? Where can I find the fiction books?" I looked at him, his black hair and brown eyes. His tanned pretty skin and wide smile that was as bright as I can remember now. Shyly I said to him, "I don't know sir. I don't work here." he giggled causing me to blush. "Oops sorry- um what's your name?" he looked at me in the eyes, that big smile still on his face. "Alana." I whispered so quiet I could barely hear myself. "Naina? Gee, never heard that name. Nice to meet you Naina!" he stretched his hand out and I just looked at it. "Alana. Alana not Naina." I said a little to loud. He laughed and covered his mouth. "Oops, sorry again! My bad Naina, I mean Alana. I'm Jai." he stretched his hand out again and this time I took it. Since then, he calls me "Naina" just because. "Naina?" he says again, this time I stop listening to his heart and look at him in the eye. "Yes, I like that. Let me just get ready." I let go of him and run to my room. "I think you still look beautiful no matter what." he screams from the couch. My short hair makes it almost impossible to put it up so I curl it up. After I left the house I decided to cut my hair. Why? Who knows, the point is I liked it so I decide to keep it that way. In fact since I left, everything changed. I still keep in contact with Fanny, she's doing great with her husband. And my parents, well, they are still around the world. I barely talk to them like always. I decide to put on a dark blue dress that Jai, himself gave me for our . . . anniversary. He also gave me a necklace and the cutest dinner ever. In my head I keep wondering, what it would've been like having an anniversary with Harry, or maybe Niall. I spit out the toothpaste in my mouth and clean my toothbrush. "I'm ready, Jai." he smiles. "The dress I gave you." he says coming towards me. This time he kisses me unexpectedly, like that day in high school that Harry kissed 'Monique.' Alana! Why are you remembering this?! "Shall we go, my beautiful lady?"  "Yes, Love." I say holding his hand. Wondering if I'll ever have to let go.

"Jai, this is our favorite restaurant." he opens the door for me and holds my hand. "Yes it is." as we're walking towards the restaurant I see a couple of paparazzi's taking pictures. I try to ignore the fact that they are taking pictures but I can't. Me being a reporter, who has  interviewed some of the most famous people, like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato etc. and Jai being a famous actor who has done lots of movies, and worked with famous actors like Johnny Deep, Brad Pitt, and Leonardo DiCaprio, yeah it's kind of why we're always being followed by paparazzi's. I feel stupid though, me being a reporter how come I never knew about One Direction? "I hate when they take pictures of us." I whisper to Jai. "You know how this media is." he tells me squeezing my hand a little tighter. "Wave to the camera." he says waving to the paparazzi smiling. I do the same. I try not to be a stuck up girl, just because my boyfriend is a famous actor and I'm a reporter doesn't mean I have to be stuck up. But I do get tired of them always in our business. "Come on let's eat and enjoy our day off shall we, love?" he asks entering the restaurant. "Mhhm." I simply say as my phone buzzes. "I've got you and interview, tomorrow." my boss texts me. Jai gets us a table and I look at the text. "With who? If I may know." "You''ll love them! Very nice young men I tell ya!"  "Naina?" Jai says, I look up to see a waiter holding a notepad. "The waiter asked what would you like to drink." Jai says. "Um, same as you, Jai." I tell him turning off my phone. Nothing is going to ruin my day with Jai . Not the paparazzi's, or my boss. Nothing.
