A Few Proposals?

I felt as if my heart had literally stopped. I had my phone still close to my ear as Vince continued to finish proposing his ideas to me.

"What do you think"?. He finally said.

"It's an amazing offer and since I'm cleared I can come back but what about the storyline"? I asked.

"Well I want to involve you in a storyline with Charlotte and Dana Brooke. I also think it would be great to have you and Naomi settle your feud and maybe have you in contentions for the Women's Title. "What do you think"?. Vince replied. "I think it's a great opportunity but I know there's a catch". I said knowing The Chairman too well.

"The slight catch is that I need you here at The Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia by Raw tonight. I'll send a jet to pick you up and then someone will pick you up from the Private Airstrip so you won't be spotted and spoil your return. What do you say Mercedes? We really need you". Vince pleaded.

Sighing I contemplated the very tempting offer. Returning to WWE is something I've desperately been wanting since I got injured, but what about my mother. What about Bayley my best friend. As I started to think about how the women's division really needed me. Nikki getting injured, Brie retiring for Bryan and possibly every other horrible injustice put on the women's division. I had to do this.

  "Ok Vince we have a deal but I have a few proposals that I want put into my contract and they have to be reviewed by my lawyer". I said biting my lip. "I'm ok with that". Vince said happily as I could sense his smile through the phone.

  "I have to finish a few things here at home in Boston but I'll call you when I'm on the jet". I finished.

"Ok Mercedes. We have a deal. It's great to have you back". He said. I hung up the phone. All I had to do was tell everyone. Easier said than done😬.

(Joe's P.O.V)
   I was at the gym right here in Philadelphia working out getting ready for tonight's raw. Colby was busy doing his thing at Cross Fit which I never really understood, while Jon was working on his punches at the punching bag. My music was playing and I was focusing, last night was an emotional ride for me. Last night at battleground was a tough loss against my two best friends but it was an honor and I'm glad my brother Jon won  but we definitely took over WWE.

I continued to work out I was too busy in my own zone that I didn't even notice my two best friends trying to get my attention. I felt one of them tap my shoulder. I turned around and took my headphones off giving them my full attention.

"You alright man? You seem more intense with your workout than usual". Colby, also known as Seth said.

"I'm fine man". I said simply as he gave me a questioning look.

"The reason our boy is intense lately is because he hasn't been getting it". Jon, also known as Dean said making me stare at him.

"It isn't even about that". I said getting all defensive "Really? Come on Joe stop lying to yourself. You haven't got laid for so long. That's why you salty". Jon said.

Here we go again.

"Listen I don't need to hear this again. Colby is single and your not questioning him". I shot back exchanging looks between my best friends.

"That's because I chose to be single Joe. I haven't found the one for me that I have a connection with. Besides once in a while I get laid while you don't". Colby replied with a huge smirk plastered on his face.

Colby was almost as bad as Jon when it came to their strategy. They fucked anyone with a pulse to let off steam. Jon decided to give into his feelings and finally man up and ask Renee out. Ever since he hasn't laid any girl except Renee. She has changed him for the better. I admit that I was a little jealous of that. I wanted someone important in my life but I was worried that I would end up getting hurt again.

"Look man, we know how much Galina meant to you. She was your first girl and your high school sweetheart. You really loved her and I know man it hurts but you gotta move on". Jon said seriously. " I hate to admit this out loud but Jon's right. You need to move on. I know it's hard and your always going to have love for her deep down because she's your baby momma to Jojo. You have a right to be happy man you owe it to yourself. Colby said.

  You guys might be wondering who Galina is? About a year ago I had a small family back in Pensacola. There was my beautiful daughter and my amazing fiancé. We were about to get married so I asked Vince if I could get off work and surprise them. That night was the worst night of my life I caught someone I was deeply in love with another man in our bed fucking the life out of her.Ever since that's happened I haven't been emotional or have feelings for any Woman except one did come very close.
