We had finally arrived at our new home the movers were waiting outside waiting to unpack as we rolled up to the house.
I was shocked at how big/nice the house was it was right off the beach which I was loving in Canada we don't have any warm beaches now that I'm living in LA I'm gonna have to learn some other fun hobbies besides hockey
Tay-hey, mom..do you think....seeing were leaving right on the beach and all now maybe I could take some surfing lessons
Kim-(moms name) - of course honey,but maybe in a while I'm not sure if I'll quite have the money to afford it right away
Cody-did someone say surfing!?

Cody-oh sorry *as he reaches out his hand* I'm Cody I live next door and saw we had new neighbours so I thought I'd bring some of the cookies me and my brother made today over
Wait a minute did he just say he lived next door this isn't happening in gonna have a heart attack
Kim-well thank you cody that was very thoughtful, this is my daughter *she gestures her hand I'm my direction* Taylor
I stood there nor saying a word I was so starstruck as Cody shook my hand
Cody- if you don't mind me asking what were you guys talking about surfing?
Kim-oh well Taylor here was asking about maybe taking some lessons but I don't think we can afford it right now with but the new house and everything
Cody-No worries I can teach Taylor if she's like..
Kim-Cody are you sure?

As Cody turned around walking back to his house I couldn't hold it in anymore I started screaming And jumping around like the fan girl I am well all of I sudden I heard someone behind me
Cody-oh by the way you can borrow allis board tomorrow don't worry about getting one

Oh god I hope he didn't notice my little fangirl show
I started to open the front door when I heard
"I hope you bring some o that excitement and energy to the lesson tomorrow" Cody winked and me and waved goodbye
Oh embarrassing I thought to my self and opened the door to my new house
"Hey mom you know what I think I just might like it here....
