To my brother
As you know, the coronation ceremony was today. It was unusual. I always feel so exposed in front of crowds...
Do you think I'll have to change for them? I don't think that princesses are supposed to be all that adventurous. I guess I'm pretty improper for this place.
I put my shell on when I met the King for the first time. I'll bet you anything that it's the only reason he likes me at all. Why else would he allow me, a commoner, to become a part of the royal family?
And no, before you say anything, don't try to deny the fact that we're commoners. Born and raised in a simple life, but then again, could we really have asked for anything more?
It's strange, being separated from you like this.
Really strange.
But I guess if I'm going to be the princess, I'll have to deal with strange things.
I don't know many people here yet. You were always the social one...maybe you could give me a few tips? Something tells me that I might have to know these people.
You know, with the royal stuff and all.
All that.
