Short Story 1 - Obsessed

Describe a character twice, once to fall in love with them and once to be repulsed by them.

I don't even know where to begin with him. I could start with his looks or his personality or any attribute that he possesses. The very human being that he is, is so amazingly intriguing. Somehow, he has made me infatuated with him, every single part of him. Some may call it an obsession, but I know that it's just love.

He has the most amazing hair. Brown like chocolate that flows in gentle, rolling waves across his forehead. Underneath his gorgeous mop of hair, sits his face. His eyes are filled with beautiful forests. Lucious green leaves seem to peek out from behind his dark pupil. Above the canopy of leaves is the sun, leaving golden flecks to float and flitter all around his irises. His lips are next, adorning the perfect peach color. I adore the way his lips curl upwards every time he smiles, or how they lean to the side when he smirks. Behind his lips are his teeth. Perfectly spaced and shiny like pearls, they can only be the work of braces. 

Altogether, his mouth is the perfect combo. Especially when he's shy and pulls his plump bottom lip between his two front teeth. Underneath his flawless mouth, is his chin. It juts out from his face slightly and leads back to the most perfect cheekbones you can imagine. His cheeks are almost always accompanied by a faded rosy color. 

His stature has to be the work of actual gods. Standing taller than everyone else I know, his hair is constantly windswept. You'd expect someone of such a height to be lanky, awkward looking, or even noodle-like. But not him. His torso has just enough muscle as to where you can see faint abs when his shirt is off. Nothing like a body builder, where veins emerge from his golden skin. His broad shoulders extend down into mildly skinny arms, again with just enough muscle to see it when he flexes. Long legs sprout from his hips and are always covered by jeans, unfortunately.

Which brings me to his next amazing attribute. His style. As said before, jeans for his gorgeous legs. Not the ugly jeans that pool around the ankles, but not too skinny jeans that leave nothing to the imagination. Perfect jeans. For his top, it's always dark colors. Black is a usual for him, which works well with his eyes. Short sleeved with a chest pocket and brand logo on it, simple but satisfying to my eye.

His personality is a whole entirely different thing to fall in love with. Honestly, one of the funniest people I know. The jokes never fail to make me giggle. Then, he's smart. Straight A's all throughout every grade. Top of our class, impressive right? He's wonderful with children, including his little sister. You would expect for siblings to fight, but not those two. 

I could go on and on, but then I would sound obsessed.

Somehow, he has made me absolutely despise him, every single part of him. Some may call it being a jerk or a brat, but I know that my hatred is completely justified.

His hair makes me physically want to vomit. It's so greasy and crimped that it's a dirty lake pulling disgusting debris into the shore. Below the repulsive, polluted lake of hair, is his face. His eyes are goose poop green. His black pupil sits in the swampy mass of feces. There is an occasional spot of yellow, perhaps signaling another type of excretion. Then I'll skip the monstrosity of a nose and go to his lips. They are always colored a light red color, like he just chugged some kool-aid like a four year old. You can see the color especially when he smiles and the corners of his mouth tug upwards and stretch out the skin and make his lips look flat. Behind that, are his teeth. Blinding and white, he must've been a brace-face for a very long time. 

Altogether, his mouth is horrid. Even more so when he tries to bite his lip timidly, and just ends up biting too far and giving himself awkward buck teeth. Then his chin, it's prominent. Very prominent. I would say that an accurate comparison is to the Crimson Chin from Fairly Odd Parents. The gargantuan chin leads to such bony cheekbones that his whole face just looks like an upside down house. His cheeks are constantly red, so it looks like he is always embarrassed. 

His stature is so awkward that I can't even think of a comparison to do it justice. Maybe a comparison to Slenderman. He stands like a skyscraper and I just hope he falls and breaks his arm from such a high drop. If you expected someone of that height to be awkward and lanky, then you are absolutely correct. He has some chub, and normally this wouldn't bother me. But then when he stands up and takes his shirt off, everyone sees the creases of him slouching and assumes that they are abs. His shoulders are just about the width of the sun and his arms have the length to match. Long legs also match the pair as they extend approximately twenty feet from his hips to his feet. 

Next for my rant of fuming hatred, his clothes. I know I just see him at school, but that is still not an excuse to look homeless. Jeans keep his legs covered and make them look even more awkward then before. They're tight in some places and loose in the next. The mere physics of the pants confuse me. Then a plain black shirt. I can't tell if he's going for the emo vibe or the hot yet mysterious vibe. Neither really works for him. 

His personality is also a reason to loathe him. His jokes also give off the fact that he has a four year old's mind. But still, all the girls laugh because they think he has abs. Also, people think he's smart. That is a lie. He's cheated all throughout his school career. He even has off of me several times. Then there's the whole thing with children. He seems a little like a pedophile, I'm not going to lie. 

I could go on and on, but then I would sound obsessed.
