Tough Decision

Chapter 5~bus ride

Maya Pov

"I finally reached the bus in time" I say catching my breath. I noticed Corey in his phone blocking the stair way enterance into the bus. I grabbed two of my suitcases and slowly but quickly walk up to Corey. "Hey Mathews did I reach in time?" I asked putting down my suitcase. He grabbed my hand gently guiding me into the bus inside and stood next to me where the three way stair case was in my other side.he pointed directly in the little small hall that you walk to get in a seat. I saw all the students that were all in there seats. "Yes you did!" He said sarcastically I rolled my eyes. "I geuss I was a little late" I answered. "A little late?...we've been waiting for thirty minutes! And plus we can't leave any students behind" He ancwerd back. "Okay okay I was late. Happy now?"
He rolled his eyes. Go get your suitcase and put it there in the back of the bus.
"Ok mister" I said as I get off the bus and grabbed two of my suitcases and went to the back placing it in the corner of the bus. I didn't know where to sit. But while I was walking up someone called me "hey Hart do you have anywhere to sit?" and I turned back. It was Lucas. "Actually no I was trying to find one tho" I answered. "You can sit here if you want" Then he winked at me. I blushed and I don't know why I blushed but I just blushed. "Sure huckleberry I will gladly accept that offer" I smirked as I sat on the seat next to him I was near the little hallway of the bus while Lucas was on my other side. He was next to the window. "Your cute when you smirk... did you know that?" He stared at my features I fully turned my head to him. He continued to look at my features nonstop. "Thanks huckleberry" I told him. "Your welcome shortstacks" he stopped looking at me and stared at the bus window.

Five minutes later~

It was getting awkward because none of us were saying anything. So I decided to talk. "Sooo... um... the clouds and sky looks beautiful ... isn't it?" I asked. "Yeah but it isn't as beautiful as you are" he says while turning around to face me. "Is that a compliment or a hate?" I asked. questioning him. "Of course it's a compliment and why would I hate you?" He ancwers while looking back at me. "Oh I thought it was a hate because it sounded like the clouds and sky is what you see as me" I ancwered back. Then he chuckled "I thought when you see my face you see clouds and a sky" I snorted as he looked back at the window. I yawned because I was very tired. I had to carry two heavy suitcases and run to get on the bus on time and woke up early at about five o'clock because we had to be there at 6 o'clock. My eyes started to flicker saying "I want to close my eyes and rest!" So I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Lucas Pov

While I was looking at the window admiring the clouds I felt something touch my shoulder. I looked at my shoulder and saw Maya leaned into my shoulder sleeping peacefully. I smiled and wrapped my arm around her waist
And gently put her hair behind her ear and quietly said "I love you Maya" to make sure she didn't hear. But it is true ever since we met in middle school I fell in love with her. Then I leaned my head against her head and fell asleep.

Riley Pov

Me and Farkle were sitting next to each other all the way at the front with my dad on the other side of the seat. We were going to new York city. The bus ride was about for six to seven hours. So I got up and went to the bathroom. But while I was walking to the bathroom. something caught my eye and looked at my right. It was Maya and Lucas sleeping next to each other. That was so cute that I took out my phone and looked for a nice angle to take a pictures of. Then after 10 minutes of looking for a nice angle I snapped three pictures of them then quietly go inside the bathroom. I got out and went back to my seat. "Why did you take so long?" Farkle asked while I was looking at my red maroon painted nails. Then I looked at him and smiled brightly. "so are you going to tell me why you took so long in the bathroom? He asked really curiously. "Well...what happy crack cake look!!" I said and took out my phone and put it directly on his face. "Ahhhhh!!!!" Farckle said with a girly squeak. Faint. "Lucaya is real" he says with a squeaky and quiet voice. "Yeah it is!" I ancwered. Then he got up from the chair and said "Are you going to post that on public?" "Yes absolutely! The lucaya nation will love it!" I answered. "But when are you gonna post it?" He asked. "Um...when we are off the bus" I ancwered. "Ok" he ancwered back. Then I smiled brightly with my shiny white teeth.

Five hours later~

Maya pov

"Maya wake up were here" someone said gently shaking my shoulder side to side. I opened my eyes slowly while I was still tired. Then I noticed it was Lucas "okay Huckleberry I will wake up" I snorted. Then I gently got up and went to the back of the bus and grabbed two of my suitcases. I noticed that there were no students left in the bus but me and Lucas so I walked up at the bus and go down three of the steps Lucas following behind me. Then after a few minutes the bus driver started the engine and drove off.I turned around looking at the students following Cory and then started to follow three minutes later. I grabbed two of my suitcases and started to walk. Honestly I was still tired sometimes my eyes shut off for a few seconds as I start to walk. Then after my eyes start to shut of 6 times I noticed that someone was carrying me but I didn't mind to say anything or think of anything to find out who it was. And a few minutes later I fell asleep.

Lucas Pov

I saw maya's eyes closing and opening like she was tired so I carefully picked her up with two of her suitcases on her lap and start to walk where Cory was going. And then after a few minutes of walking and Corey telling the groups to what apartment they were going we were the last ones. "Okay you guys this is your hotel room" Cory said. And then left. Riley, Farkle, Josh, Maya and I were left. Then Josh noticed me and Maya on my hands deeply into sleep. "Awe you guys are so cute... let me take a picture" Riley said then Riley took out her phone and snapped a lot of pictures. "What the heck are you doing to my girlfriend and why are you holding her?!" Josh said raising his voice. Then Maya woke up with her cute sleepy face. "Girlfriend?" I asked quietly. "Yes she is my girlfriend!" He said raising his voice again. "What's going on?" Maya said with annoyed look on her face. Then Farkle and Riley went to the hotel room and shut the door akwardly. Then Maya turned to me surprised. Then I put the two suitcases down and Maya down on her feet "wh-why did you carry me?" Maya asked. "it's because it looked like you were tired and about to fall on the ground so I picked you up and started to walk so you could rest for a little bit" I ancwered "oh... well thank you" she ancwered back grabbing two of her suitcases. I said "your welcome" then Josh suddenly pulled maya's hand going inside the hotel room. I was the one that was left in the hall of the hotel. What is Josh going to do to Maya? I asked my self quietly worried.

"That's the end of the chapter. I'm so sorry that I haven't posted in awhile but I hope this will make up for it(this is the first one that I did the longest. And I'm trying to go to over 2,000 words. I hope I could do it.)bye!"
