Riana and Nathan were marking papers for a test for maths and science. Riana and Nathan made eye contact with each other for a few seconds and smiled. Riana's fair skin glittered in the light as the sun shine blindingly into the staff room. "I love you," Nathan said. "I love you too, Nathan, but I'm not going to be here forever." "What do you mean?" "When I die, of course!" Nathan sighed, "Please, let's not think about that now." "Okay," Riana whispered, rolling her eyes. The time passed, half past one, two 'o' clock, half past two. "Yes!" Nathan exclaimed. Although he was finished, he didn't leave until Riana did. Before he left, he knelt down and took out a tiny, embroidered box. He opened it and a shiny lapis lazuli ring glistened in the sunlight. "Will you, Riana Smith, marry me?" Riana gawped and a tears rolled down her cheeks, "I can't. No Nathan, I can't! I CAN'T! NATHAN, NO!" Riana sobbed and wailed. "Riana, why?!" Nathan slammed the door behind him as he walked out. What had she done? What had he done? Their lives were dull until they met each other. The next day, they made up and spent a full month going to Sandy Hair Pizza and Rocket Theme Park.
