My Dark Rose (Dark Link X Reader)

Chapter 3 - Worry

I am so so sorry for the long wait reader-chan!! I have literally been having writers block, but I am back with plenty of ideas =^-^=. I hope you enjoy this chapter! Sorry that it's short.

Link POV:
It's been days and (Y/N) is still missing, no one has any idea where she is and I'm so worried. "It's all my fault she's gone, I should have protected her" I whispered, suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder, "It's okay Link, we will find her" Zelda reassured me, "Thanks Zelda" I look at her and smile a little, but it doesn't help the constant worry I'm having for (Y/N).

"Where could she be? Link, when was the last time you saw her?" Zelda said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Oh, well, the last I remember, we were walking into castle town and I saw you and I went to say hello" I could feel the blush forming on my face, "I swear I thought she followed me, but I couldn't see her anywhere and I just assumed she went to look in the market" I started to feel tears form I my eyes, "but I lost her, I lost (Y/N)! And now she could be anywhere!". I started to cry, I couldn't help it, she was my friend and I was supposed to protect her, "it's okay Link" Zelda said hugging me, "we will find her".

Zelda POV:
I was hugging Link and telling him it would be okay, but I was worried about (Y/N) too, my mind couldn't help but think she might have been kidnapped, but the guards would have alerted me if a kidnapping took place. There was only one possible solution I could think of, if she truly was kidnapped, she's in danger, and we must free her.
"Link, I have an idea" I said, separating our hug, "What is it?" He said, tears still falling on his face. " I am going to make a light barrier, it will find (Y/N), if she is in radius of it" Link seemed to perk up, but then his smile subsided, "Zelda, what do you mean 'if she's in radius'?" I shook my head, "it's our only option Link, we can't randomly send guards out, at least this way we can get an idea of where she is". Link looked upset, but nodded his head in agreement, he knew this was the best option for finding (Y/N).

Link POV:
Zelda went to the middle of castle town to create the light barrier, and I followed, I prayed to the goddesses that we find (Y/N).
Zelda put up the light barrier and and a ray of light shot up into the sky, "I hope this works..." I muttered, Zelda suddenly took my hand, "It will" she smiled at me and I blushed.
The moment was broken when we heard a loud noise off in the distance, and a pillar of dark magic shot up into the sky, "someone else is looking for (Y/N) Link" Zelda said, I turned to her "let's hope that we find her first" I said, determined to find her.

??? POV:
She's close by, I can feel her presence, I will be the one to find (Y/N).
