Lia's POV
I woke up at our first rest stop on the way to Jacksonville. "Maggie, I told you to pee before we left!" Jess laughed. "Well, I'm sorry I have the bladder the size of a chipmunk's" A couple weeks before the concert, I met Maggie, and we instantly clicked. I felt more loved by her and her friends that I've met than I've ever felt. We all had so much in common. She didn't like One Direction, but she liked Green Day, who was opening for them.
Ten minutes later, Maggie came back from the rest area with an empty bladder and her arms full of snacks. I rolled my eyes and got out to take my turn behind the wheel. "Maggie, why did you get all that food and drinks when you JUST emptied your system?" I asked as she got in. She raised her eyebrows and pulled my favourite energy drink out from under the pile of food. "Uh, nevermind." I chuckled. "Yeah. That's what I thought!" She laughed.
About an hour later, Jessica woke up right when Maggie whined, "I gotta go!" It was going to be a long trip.
