Everything hurt. His shoulder ached. His back felt as if it was on fire. He felt something wet on the side of his forehead. Harry was able to somehow reach his arm up from between the detached steering wheel and his body, and felt the blood. He layed there pinned between the seat which
was ejected upright, and the dashboard surrounded by broken glass. He stayed still, not wanting to move from the excruciating pain. Then he heard a groan in the distance. For a second he thought his ears where playing tricks on him because at first all he could hear was constant ringing. Then he heard it again.Harry's POV
"Are you and your friend alright?" A voiced yelled really loudly.
Friend?
What friend?
"Your buddy over there's on the ground. I don't know if he's alive. Thought I'd come check on you first. Are you alive?"
Am I alive? What kind if question is that?
That's when I opened my eyes. I guessed I closed them once I saw the blood on my fingers.
Friend
Friend?
Louis!
I jerked up in the seat followed by curse words from the pain. But I could care less about myself. Right now I needed to get to Louis. It took all of my strength to pry myself out of the vehicle and stumbled onto the ground. I looked around until I spotted him. Lying still in the road a couple yards away. I looked back at the car. The windshield had a gaping hole towards what seemed to be the passenger side.
I ignored the man who continuously apologized and asked of my well being and raced to Louis. As I neared his body a sickening feeling settled in the pit of my stomach. His leg was obviously broken and there was blood coming from his left template not to mention the cuts all over his body. I quickly ripped off the button down shirt and pressed it to his head.
"C'mon Louis I need you here. I need you well and alive. I can't lose you." I cried into his chest. This has to be some sort of nightmare. I could hear the guy in the background on the phone with emergency services. An unsteady hand came up and rested itself on my back. My head shot up from his chest to see Louis' eyes open in slits. His breathing was labored. "L-lou?" I said through my cries. "Hazza" he said barely at a whisper but enough for me to hear. "I'm so sorry love, I promise everything will be alright. You'll be alrught." I said, more for my own sake. He had to be okay.(No one's POV)
Harry never noticed the sirens and flashing lights. All of his attention was focused on the boy in his arms. It was until he was pulled away from Louis that he realized the situation. He didn't want to leave Louis, afraid that if he left he would lose him forever. But he knew Louis needed medical attention. Several people told him that he needed to go to the other ambulance to get his injuries checked out but he was being stubborn and refused. Instead he started walking- well limping, to the ambulance Louis was being put in. At least he was until everything started moving to fast for his brain to comprehend. It felt as if he was so close to the ambulance yet so far. Darkness took control over his mind. The last thing he remembered was seeing them administer CPR on his boyfriend.
