Chapter 1
I woke up at four in the morning as usual. I streched, grabbed my phone, and went to the bathroom to tackle the tangled mess that was my hair. Ugh. Then she called. I quickly answered and smiled at the gorgeous black haired girl on my screen.
"Hey babe. Love your hair today!" She teased and laughed a little.
I waved the flat iron at her. "YOU try handling this tangled mess every day. But you really do look beautiful Love."
Wolfie smiled and her smile dropped. Her hand saw my arm, which had a fresh big dark bruise.
"I'm going to kill him one of these days." She said, fury clear in her golden hazel eyes.
"Love, just don't worry about it. Im used to my dad's temper by now....Just another one to deal with till it goes away."
Wolfie sighed, "Doesn't mean I cant do anything about it."
"I love you." I said in a small voice so there was no chance of my family hearing the passion in my voice.
She tilted her head and gave me a tender loving smile. "I'll see you in school, love you more."
And we hung up. God I love her.
